I'm not entirely sure I want to click play on that, but it's been reported <.<

Elegiac, would ya do me a favour and tell me what it contains?
(To note: It's been posted correctly so even if it's an MLG montage of isis beheadings you'll be off the hook... I think >.>)

WW2 was saturated to all hell, the market shifted to Modern FPS shit and now hopefully it'll swing back a bit to WW2 stuff because it's kind of saturated to all hell with 'near future sci-fi FPS' shit <.<

I'd like more Vietnam/Korea stuff like we saw in Black Ops  <.<

Yussss, I could live with that >.>

« on: February 14, 2015, 06:25:04 PM »
I'm not in a minority that's thought about "S'all good, man", right?
That's why he made that his name; it's a play on that phrase.

And here I thought he just adopted a jewish sounding name to make himself look like a better lawyer.

Silly psy.
If I remember correctly, he uses that phrase once or twice in Breaking Bad. And in Better Call Saul, it's shown that his name is really James, so...
Yeaaaaah I watched most of breaking bad during my bouts of insomnia, so it's only the particularly memorable bits that I recall >.>

Well you're in luck, because both BB and Better Call Saul will be on Bongflix.
Indeed, that's where I watched it lol <.<

I'm enjoying BCS more than BB so far, it's a little bit more to my tastes >_>

how will we be able to say humans are extinct, though

would the last human alive update the article and then kill himself?
he can kind of just bs it because no one else is gonna be able to ban his IP

haha, he could vandalize whatever article he wanted and nobody could stop him
I'm pretty sure the Wiki-AI would kill him if he tried to <.<

« on: February 14, 2015, 04:59:25 PM »
Probably Kedgeree, maybe Congee though. There is another dish that I do but it's been so long since I've cooked it that I can't recall it's bloody name. Might be noodle soup too though, I've been cooking that a lot lately <.<

Yeaaaaah, if they do it well then that's great. It might pave the way for an IG FPS game lol.
How would that work if the goal of telling a story is the protagonist not dieing?
Hmm, well CoD pulled it off for the russkie army in their WW2 games. They had worse attrition rates than most guard units, so it *could* be done <.<
Soviets out Guardsmen'd the Guardsmen?
Yeah, well obviously it depends on the battle/regiment/doctrine/fluff but if you compare the battle of stalingrad which had 1,000,000 casualties and another million in wounded/desertion/mia in the fight for once city with 40k wars, usually you have to be looking at planetary sized engagements to start getting the same casualty lists >.>
The whole meatgrinder/hammer AND the anvil strategy stuff tends to be the preserve of DKOK and Valhallans, regiments like the Firstborn and the Cadians don't tend to have such appalling rates of attrition >.>

I encounter this occasionally with some of my older gaming friends (older as in time, not age)

NEET: AY WHAT ARE YA UP TO I'M BORRRRREEEEEEEEEEEED
Me: Studying
NEET: How boring
*neet rings me on skype*
*I decline*
NEET: CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL
Me: I'm busy working, I can't talk now
NEET: Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy studying is bs xd

After a bit more of my time being wasted, it ends with the typical 'I have to get on and work now, bye' to howls of protest that someone might actually be doing something with their time.

*sigh*
Don't worry cuzz, one day people like you and me are going to tell those people what to do.
Or one day I will be able to block incredibly irritating people on communications systems rather than just avoiding them out of politeness >_>
Or maybe people will stop trying to contact us and we'll realize we should've spent our times differently and come to the conclusion we're not living the life we want and kill ourselves.

Or, you know, the blocking thing.
I hope the blocking thing works <.<

The other option sounds most disagreeable.

This thread is also not going anywhere good, so - locked.

Hokai, so normally this thread would have been locked when it first went up.

It's the OP's job to provide something for discussion rather than the other way around, generally speaking. Now we aren't actually fun nazis and seeing as there is some discussion going on in here I'm going to let it stay. But consider this a one time only sort of deal >.>
If somebody else had of made this thread, locking it wouldn't even have crossed any staff members mind.
That is not the case, however you can believe what you want.
If It had've been Nexus's thread back there and me posting what he posted it would have been locked much earlier. Did he receive a warning, as I would have?
It wouldn't have been, the thread had no reports and as the mods aren't omniscient we can't catch everything all the time. If you had reported the thread to us, or PM'd someone then it would have been locked a lot sooner/intervened with before it went awry.
