I refuse to be involved. I was coming back from a gig a couple of months ago on the train and I ran into a friend, we started talking and a hardcore feminist who was sitting across from us got involved, she was cool, I don't mind hardcore feminism. I enjoy it. But after my friend left the train everyone ganged up on her, even the train cops. And it started with Gamergate.
Fucking games. I guess that I leveled up my dislike for videogame communities that night.

I liked the early seasons of Survivor, but then the show really declined in quality, kinda like what happened to American Idol after season 3.
The last season of this was fairly good, I had to skip a few bits where they were making a pigs ear out of killing a caiman, not just a bit of hurrdurr howiscankill but like full on how did they let you retards go hunting sort of stuff >_> And there were a few rather unnecessary bits too, when the doctor had to do some sort of 'irrigation' because one of the eejits hadn't been drinking his coconut water but ye, all in all it was certainly watchable.

Anyways, 4oD is watch on demand for channel four but their bloody website is a real nuisance, you can't run adblocker because they have some sort of counter script so you have to sit through mind numbing adverts (Or just mute the video and go on a forum like I am doing now) and now you also have to register an account to watch their bloody shows.
First world problems I know, but I just want to watch a bunch of eejits try to survive on a desert island for a bit before I go to bed <_<
Aside from the childish glee you get from the whole robinson crusoe thing, I enjoy looking at the group dynamics and psychology of the people on these islands and how they cope without their starbucks and iphones >_>
Flee spoke a little while ago in a thread about a show where they dropped a group of men and a group of women on different islands to see how they'd fare, well this is what C4 is doing with this series whereas last year was just a group of men. So it'll be amusing to see how the two groups fare anyway >.>
