I doubt anarchy would help matters for this, things were mighty salty yesterday but it's a lot less toxic today.
Acceptance will come soon enough.

Maybe I'm still at a fever pitch from last night, but I don't understand what you're trying to say.
What do you mean by "faith in democracy," and how could it have prevented this?
I think he means if the DNC hadn't thrown sanders under the bus with a rigged primary, he'd likely have won against trump.

Viewers have been spoiled by the Game of Thrones approach of fucking everything.
Even before then, shows like Dexter have people leaping out of the walls to bum each other ad nauseam.

I'd say something like Crispr, I know it's been around for a lot longer than the last decade but the big breakthroughs with it have come in the last 5 years or so iirc
it doesnt seem like big news
i only learnt about it cause of kurzesagt
it sounds amazing
That might be because it's still being researched at the moment, it'll probably be another decade or two before we see it being applied outside of lab tests. If it keeps progressing I can see it being the equivalent of discovering antibiotics.

oh I kinda want to go see what it is now, but I feel like I should wait until I actually play through it.
Hmm, I'd say spec ops had some moments that were a bit 'oh' inducing, like the WP segment. Not the whole hurr you bombed de civvies thing, I didn't care about that part
but walking through an army camp with all the half burned and screaming soldiers asking you to shoot them was a tad unpleasant

That's a good one, forgot about that. It was discovered it was possible, but it was refined and a lot more accurate due to discoveries recently.
Big possibilities with that one
Yep, if they can make it work then gene-therapies will be a viable treatment for a lot of 'incurable' diseases. Provided the bleeding hearts don't start screaming about six trillion more at the thought of editing out cystic fibrosis genes from embryos.
Not only that but it would eradicate a lot of genetic issues that would potentially cause your children to receive it, basically removing carriers from the problem.
Which is crazy
Yep, then we can start editing blue eyes and blonde hair into the general population e.e
Heil?
yes

I've always liked scandinavian accents, one of my best xbox pals was a thoroughly unhinged swede and there is something special about hearing a viking screaming in hysterical joy whilst shooting people in battlefield 3.

I don't know if it got vetoed or not, but back in January British lawmakers were debating if they should ban Trump from the UK. If the guy does become our president how would that affect our relationship with each other?
That was just hot air and a favour to babbling barry, Trump won't be getting banned from the UK.

I don't know if it was a new thing or a PC feature that was added, but when you 'focus' on an object/actor you get a more detailed picture of it and the background fades.
I forget what it's called but it's like depth of field?
Either way it's really nice.
