All SNP is good for is dividing the left

when they vote with the rest of the left they're just being annoying leftists

anywho why can't UK hunters just not be overly brutal cunts? It's a fox, not a lion, just shoot it. Something in .223 would more than suffice, I would think. Having dogs do all the work is just kind of gay and retarded.

Not that I have any sympathy for the left here, either, since half of the force behind this comes from classist cunts in Labour.

So yeah, the traditional bong fox hunting is retarded and gay, but so is a lot of the opposition to it.

tl;dr just use a gun fucking eurofags
Nice assumptions there m80, current fox hunters/pest control do use rifles to kill them.

People tend not to give much of a shit about that, what they don't want to see is a return to the days when the rich bellends would roam the countryside getting dogs to maul foxes for fun.

But of course it's expecting too much from a yank to have any knowledge of the outside world.

People need to realize that strict mods are necessary to prevent forums from turning out like this one. We all know we have way too much shit posting which is probably why there's hundreds of inactive accounts.
Having strict rules is what kills forums. Why do you think 4chan is the most active forum on the internet?
Almost everyone will agree 4chan is the lowest standard of a forum on the web. It's not like people go there to do anything productive. I'm not playing up to bungie but at least they can maintain a lot of members and consistent activity at all times. There's been moments where it's been nearly dead in the middle of the day here. Just my 2¢.
But that's not related to the amount of "shitposting" or lax of the moderation. Its because we only have 50 fucking active members
Might need to ask yourself why that's the case when there's almost 1K accounts.
That's generally the way of forums though, Bnet's total account population compared to active users ones is a similarly absurd ratio. People make accounts, post a couple of times then never return. That's just the way of things online really <.<

RvB and Arby n the Ch33f and occasionally the odd episode of something else. I lost interest in RvB midway through the freelancer stuff which was cool and all but I think that the reason I gave up was the site design which basically fucked anyone over who wasn't a subscriber (money) and they stopped putting it up on youtube as well so I couldn't really be bothered to go to another website that ran like ass for it <_<

Arby n the chief I watched to the end but since then I haven't watched any machinima stuff. I prefer animated ones like Battlefield Friends (10/10 favourite internet series) nowadays.
battlefield friends is hilarious, especially since I'm a noob at battlefield and do everything the guy who's an idiot does
The colonel had me in stitches when he first arrived because at that point I was middle of the road with Battlefield, so like Recon and all that. By the time S2 had finished I'd hit C100 and I was pulling some bullshit manoeuvres to rival the colonel himself <_<

kek got to love when the SNP can't rationally apply their philosophy. Maybe sometime soon we'll be able to abolish this nonsense and go back to full unionism.
We can always hope, but for now it's kind of amusing that in all their years of being a party they have finally done something worthwhile.

Splitscreen on consoles is great, splitscreen on PC is a pointless clusterfuck. Kind of a non-issue there.

As for Y-wings, aren't they just bomber X-wings?

Yeah, they're slow as fuck and are only used to bomb stuff. They filled a role in space battles, but kinda sucked in ground maps.
Yeah I don't see that really being a big issue then. It'd be like piloting the AC130 in BF4. Sure it's cool and all (and makes for some 10/10 jetramming) but it'd be really boring doing anything other than jihad in one <.<

How much does an 18 year old male with MDD and a mild past of some psychotic elements have to worry about the onset of schizophrenia in the next 5-7 years? Women on the mother's side all having history of MDD, but not schizophrenia.
Hmm well schizophrenia tends to be a strongly heritable condition, so if you have no family history of it (Close relatives, up to 3 degrees of separation*) you most likely wouldn't have to worry about it. So the more DNA you share with someone who has schizophrenia the greater your likelihood of developing it becomes.

It's about 1% for spouse (unrelated) 3% ish for grandparents and it goes up to 44% for monozygotic twin. So that's unlikely to be something that you need to worry about.

I checked the comorbidity chart in my book since I had it open to double check the stats for heritability of that bit^ and as I recalled correctly, the three major obstacles for someone with a depressive disorder like MDD (Not bipolar though) are Anxiety disorders/phobias weighing in at around 50-70% comorbitity followed by substance abuse disorders at 40% and PTSD at 20%.

The good news is that all of those are treatable, just like MDD so even if you were to be as unlucky as shit like me and get three out of four of those you should be able to overcome them, with the proper help.

How bad is it if I'm having hallucinations on prescribed doses of medication that shouldn't normally be causing hallucinations?
Hmm, well it depends a little on the medication.
Are you happy to share which one it is? <.<
It could just be that it's a rare side effect but there may be other causes.

Vyvanse.
Well a quick check of that says it's a CNS stimulant which of course has my head go 'yup, could cause hallucinations' so I dug a little deeper and found this bit
Quote
Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included insomnia (19%), dizziness (5%), initial insomnia (4%), and somnolence (2%). Nervous system side effects associated with the use of recommended doses of amphetamine or lisdexamfetamine (the active ingredient contained in Vyvanse) have included dyskinesia and seizures. Postmarketing reports have included psychotic episodes, mania, hallucination, and aggression.

So it would appear that hallucinations are indeed possible from this drug, in which case I would recommend you mention that to the doctor who prescribed them and they might be able to give you an alternative drug without that side effect <.<

Thanks, bbe.
No problem, I hope you are able to get it all sorted out <.<

I think you have an unfortunate case of a psychotic disorder in which you believe you are made up of fruit rather than meat <_<

A bit like the people who think they are made of glass or concrete <.<

What is the most common and effective method of treatment for someone with schizophrenia?  Does a proper form of treatment even exist?
Hmm, kind of a tricky one really.

Schizophrenia is one of the few disorders that I still struggle to completely wrap my head around but I think that's more just unfamiliarity rather than it being hopelessly confusing.

So this could be wrong but as I understand it, it roughly works like this.

A lot of the root causes of schizophrenia are strongly rooted in biology, neurochemistry and genetics. I wont' bother digging up the stats because it's 3am and the textbook is complicated >_>

What I remember is that the 'best' option tends to be medication to counteract the symptoms of schizophrenia (i.e psychotic episodes/hallucinations) and for some people this combined with some cognitive-behavioural therapy is all they need to live a happy normal life. For others who are severely affected by it, the treatment tends to be in a hospital ward with lots of strong pills. It's a bit of a tricky one but I think it usually does boil down to pills and CBT <.<

There are other ways I think but none come to mind. If you ask me again tomorrow earlier I can give a better answer lol but the tablets are starting to show I think >_>

He has some good points there, although I would say that psychology is shaping itself up a little nowadays. It's obviously not as rigorous as physics or the like, but it's still in it's infancy and I'd say trying to measure something that can't be objectively measured (as of this time) is harder than staring at atoms in an electron microscope <_<
Eh, in quantum gravity resolving the distances in question requires one to pack more energy than can be contained in that energy's Schwartzchild, which creates a black hole and ruins your experiment.

It's not that different, really. . .except in every way imaginable<.<
I speak runes but not physics <_<

But yeh, I think it's more that we don't yet understand how it works (as in the necessary framework is undiscovered) in the same way that the egyptians thought a chariot pulled the sun across the sky each day. When we have no fokin clue what causes something to occur and no idea where to start with explaining it, it's a bit of a tricky one >_>

Why is psychology inferior to economics?
Why is economics nothing but badly applied psychology?
Meta's pineapple. . .

Why did you become interested in psychology and what areas are you following closely now?
Welp it's the lovely cliche of someone who failed to get into medical school so they went for the next best thing ::)
Spoiler
In west Philadelphia born and raised...
But that's not quite the full story mind you, I was set to do it and I certainly had the grades prior to sixth form (Two years between high school and university that most people here do if they are going into anything above shelfstacker for a life ambition) but then I got walloped right in the giblets by a nice dose of mental illness which put paid to actually finishing sixth form let alone getting the A*A*A*A*A* required for med school.

At roughly the same time I was doing psychology at sixth form, which I managed to keep up right up until the end when I left over my declining mental and physical health, meanwhile I was seeing a shrink or two and by the end of 2013 I was reasonably set on becoming a psychologist of some sort because of what I'd been studying and the way the shrinks saved me from shuffling off this mortal coil. I figured I have a debt to repay over that, so I'm going to become one myself and do for others what they did for me <.<

Refine that by about two years and I've been studying my ass off with psychology, pretty much living and breathing the stuff for the last four years now and it's paying off <.<

So by about 2022 I should be qualified as a clinical psychologist and starting to repay that debt properly >.>

In the meantime I do what I can to help people online because that's what I feel I ought to do <.<

So I'm basically following the clinical path closely right now, which is what I'm reasonably adept at in terms of studying. There is still a fuckload of a long way to go mind you, about 7 odd years but hey I think it will be worth it.
