The Black Library forums, back when jews workshop was still Games Workshop and didn't loathe it's fans quite as much as it does nowadays.
Their publishing division had it's own books website with associated forums where people would be posting fanfics and discussing things among one another about 40k stuff. It was nice though, not like an argument over the macromolecular structure of the ceramite composite used in MkVII armour.
Then one day they just nuked it abruptly, all of the forums and site disappeared overnight and never returned. I spent ages tracking down the guy who posted one of the longest god damn fanfics I've ever seen and I tried to read but it's like war and peace levels of long <_<
It was good but bloody hell ._.
Good times though, then I went to the Reach forums when that was a thing and moved to the flood. Then the flood turned into offtopic (rip) and now we are here.

Fallout Shelter isn't a bad game...but it feels like it needs your complete attention.

Having to click the resources is kind of... retarded.
You have a chance of finding a Mr Handyman while scouring the Wasteland. They will automatically collect resources for the floor you assign them to.
Or you can buy one for 99 cents, but that sounds like a waste of a dollar for me considering that it's not hard to click buttons.
Ah wonderful, I'll just spam scouts until I get one then. I want to be able to afk the game a lot >_>

What is an emulator and what does it do?
It's a downloadable program for your PC that allows you to emulate a game's ROM for free.
It's stealing.

Don't do it if you have any self-respect.
It's not illegal to play a ROM of a game you own, IIRC. That's the reason that site for ROM downloads wasn't immediately nuked.
Yeah pretty much, since you can theoretically make your own ROM without much of an issue playing a ROM of a game you already own is fine.
I used to play pokemon emulators when I'd lost the cartridges, I could have easily downloaded the ROMs for the most recent 3DS games at the time too, but I don't think that's right (nor is it legal) given that I didn't own them myself. Now that I do, I could but I'd rather play them on the 3DS anyway <.<
But yeah, emulators aren't inherently wrong at all.
If you are using them to avoid paying for content, then yeah that's obviously bad.
Unfortunately, due to Nintendo policy, it's still a big fat no no.
