Just so everyone knows, 16 votes to 14 and 13 is hardly a full majority. As in, those who don't want stricter moderation almost doubly outnumber those who do. So I guess it means a revised set of choices or an elimination round of voting.
I could be wrong but uh, you can't really call it a victory by that margin.
fuck that shit
What the fuck is even the point of having a poll, then? No one honestly expected a landslide one way or another.
Would you feel the same way if the votes were flipped?
The poll is to gauge community feelings on the matter, people are pretty torn over what they want. Which is unsurprising, but there isn't a notable majority saying 'we want blood' or 'let them eat cake and shitpost', so we'll look at some tweaks to what we have going in all likelihood. I would, because I honestly don't care what style of moderation we have. I think that adaptive is better sure, but we get the same amount of abuse from salty users regardless of what we do.

I don't actually know what thrash metal is, like any subgenre of it all sounds the same to me.
Can you stupid with the fucking ignorant replies? I'm starting to dislike you.
I'm just saying, the only genre of metal that stands out to me is Christian Metal.

the amazing atheist very cool, outspoken and respectable, open minded people

I don't really mind/care about repzion, some people get bent out of shape over him which is cool because the internet is serious business but TAA is a category 5 bellend, well banana-end even.
He has an attitude I guess, which isn't exactly flattering. Except he's obviously very aware of that and the content he makes is pretty funny. People always bring up the banana thing, do you have any idea the kinds of things that people do in the privacy of their own home? The banana thing was FUCKING MILD. Even if you don't like his personality which I could understand, that doesn't negate that the points he makes are good and he's entertaining.
To be honest I don't even really care about the banana thing, it's just funny to bring it up and watch people chimp over it.
I think he's pretty grating, I don't exactly appreciate the kind of humour that goes le vegetarian trole xddddd watch me pork out like a typical yank xddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
It's childish humour and bashing religion for fun is such a dead horse at this point that it's more like a tesco lasagne. If people enjoy him, I'm happy for them. It's not for me though, by far.
Yeah except he hardly makes videos about religion anyways. Maybe every once and awhile or something.
huh well that's a change then, when did that happen? It's probably been a good few years since I last even saw one in the recommended vids section (thankfully)
I'm not gonna just ignore the fact that you just tried to make an argument out of false information. Do you know how much that annoys me? I was just on youtube on a comment someone replied to where I was saying new thrash metal sucks, where he was like "LOL DO YOU EVEN KNOW MEGADETH RUST IN PEACE???" Shitty ignorant dip shit, that guy. Yeah the amazing atheist has been this way for several years now, man. I have been watching him since high school, I haven't missed many episodes.
Hmm, well I must have watched his earlier shit then. Either way this is mostly just shitposting so enjoy. But thrash metal does suck.

Is that a European thing?
yeah
I'd suggest getting your new card ASAP and just updating payment information before the card automatically expires <.<
HSBC usually sends the new card like a month in advance so I should be fine.

Call this a hunch, but I imagine it might have something to do with psychological abnormalities and their distribution between the sexes.
With regards to things like Aspergers and Autism (ASD) there is a heavy bias in favour of men, same goes for biological psychopaths (i.e brain abnormalities) from what I remember. It would make some sense for one half of the species (i.e the non child-bearing one) to be used for evolutionary experiments to see what works and what doesn't because it puts the rest of the species at less of a risk.
So despite my distaste for people who retrospectively diagnose famous scientists, chances are they aren't too far off the mark for a few of them.
I'll elaborate on this if I survive my driving lesson.

I'm almost afraid to think if they could even top New Vegas' dlc
They were just that good
I loved all of them except Honest Hearts. That kinda sucked.
<_________________________________________________ ______________< That was my favourite, although when I think about it damn near all of them were great. It might just have been the uh... contrast... with Dead Money. I mean at the time I absolutely fucking hated Dead Money but after I'd finished it and read that there was a subtle bit of moral irony behind the end vault I hated it a little less. How if you tried to leave the vault with all of the goodies you would just die over and over and over and over again. You could cheat or glitch sure, but trying to leave legitimately was borderline impossible so it was something of a lesson in letting it go and not falling victim to greed >_>

Homeopathy is a great placebo treatment, if it helps some people get better then great.
However it is just straight up not a medical treatment whatsoever.

I just hope gen 7 is refreshingly different from gen 6. It was great, I played the everloving shit out of it but ORAS was basically just a clone of XY and that left me a bit disappointed in the end, because uh well... 500 hours in X meant only 90 hours in OR was really fun. After that I just had burned out too much.
So it'd be good if they mix it up some, but if not then I'll just pass and wait for Mystery Dungeon Super or whatever it's called now. Some of the pokemon spinoffs are quite enjoyable really, I also need to finish Guardian Signs and I might replay Pokemon Conquest
Conquest was a 10/10 spinoff for me, hard to really describe but it was like Shogun 2 had a baby with Pokemon Ruby.

You could round it off with the cat-ear headphones and underglow skirt for maximum suicidal effect!

I mean, I hate that bastard's guts with a passion, but even this is fucking stupid.
I mean, IDS aside* when people say normal it doesn't mean that everyone who isn't normal is some kind of filthy abhuman untermenschen. It just means they aren't the norm for that category.
You aren't normal if you are gay, because the vast majority of the population are not. You aren't normal if you are disabled, because the vast majority of the population are not.
That doesn't mean they are abnormal, weird, wrong, or whatever else people like to assume not being normal means. It's just referring to a particular attribute about a person and whether or not that attribute occurs frequently in the wider population.
*Given that it's him though, he probably does mean it in some derogatory way but he just hates the poor and downtrodden anyway. The points still stand in general though.
To add and clarify, obviously you can be a normal person and disabled just like any other category. I'm not normal in regards to my psychology, borderline batty is what comes to mind actually. It doesn't mean I'm not a normal human bean like every bugger else on the planet <_<

I mean it's reasonably unlikely I'll be getting the game, the odds aren't exactly in the favour of 343 making a game that I find playable soooooooooooooooooo
but even so, I'd have preferred a map rotation system ala battlefield. If it's meant to have dedicated servers (at long bloody last) then just having the servers rotate through all of the maps in a specific sequence would be nice.
