But we mustn't lose heart, even if my mind uh... left some time ago.

As stated by the first apostle

Both Blasphemy and Praise are equal forms of worship. So by your actions in causing this horror yutaka, you have contributed to the ongoing amusement of kami-sama.

BUT I WILL NOT BE OUTDONE e.e

Does this look like the face of a man who killed two hundred children?

Of course it doesn't.

Did. Nothing. Wrong.

God loves human virtues like courage and hope, but he loves screams, blood, and despair just as much!

If he didn't, there's no way fresh intestines could be this colourful!

No matter how much I murdered and defiled, no divine punishment came. Next thing I knew, my quest for evil had gone ignored for eight whole years.
In the end, it was not God who destroyed me, but the self-interests of humans just like Yu. The gatcha and rolls convicted and executed me simply because they coveted my xp and cool.

What brought an end to my evil deeds wasn't judgement or anything like it, it was simply theft.

The idea that a country needs to be "Westernized" to be a good country is disgusting. Iran was a great and liberal country before America and Britian's meddling.
That's just silly talk, if a country doesn't have freedom fries how can it be a good country?

+++

One of the worst things the UK has ever done is help fuck up Iran, it's utterly laughable that one of the better countries in the middle east turned into our 'worst enemy' and then we cosied up to the fucking saudis of all people. Great trade off right there.

10/10 would wahabbi again.

I disagree, it is a gift because it allows the species to choose to do good rather than just defaulting to natural programming.
this is why people say psychology is a soft science.
It is though.

You are measuring something that isn't measurable in nice clean repeatable instances as you would be with physics or chemistry. Humans are fickle, malleable and contrarian creatures so any science to do with measuring the human mind is going to have to be just as flexible.

Nobody should be chopping up bits of children's genitalia for any reason short of medical emergency.

If people want to slice up their groin, they should be allowed to make the choice for themselves and not have it down to their parent's whim at birth.

Gaming / Re: ITT: The greatest mod you have ever played for any game
« on: September 24, 2015, 04:58:04 AM »
Hmm that's a tough one really.

I know my favourite mods for different games, but which one comes out on top overall doesn't really work because of the different genres.

For Dawn of War, it's gotta be the Steel Legion mod. It wasn't as grand and ambitious as say Titanium Wars or FoK but god damn it was fun to play. Sort of. Well alright it was mostly just rapetrain city but that's what Armageddon was meant to be like so it kind of fit the theme. The voice acting was unusually high quality for a mod as well, to the point where it was on par/better than some of the base-game units. Plus having hordes of WW1 German styled soldiers swarming the enemy was quite fun e.e

Then for Fallout 3, it's the 40K overhaul mod. It broke the game ultimately, certain cells on the map were corrupted and the story went to absolute shit because everyone was shooting each other but it was 10/10 fun to march around the capital wasteland with a heavy bolter and chainsword. A bit more polish and that would have been one of the best mods around but it was a bit too rough to win >_>

Fallout New Vegas, I had a lot of little mods for a while but I eventually came across After War Nevada. I love that mod through and through for the overhauls, depth and difficulty changes to the game. It tweaks things like the damage model, so you can OHK stuff if you shoot them in the head with a reasonably high powered round rather than it being damage sponge difficulty. If FNV was like AWN in vanilla mode, that'd make it an 11/10 easily but with mods of course you get minor issues with this that and the other. Plus my laptop now struggles to run it soooooooooo that's GG until I get a tower PC I guess.

Then for minecwaft, the old original tekkit captured my heart wonderfully. I cannot even begin to imagine how many hours I spent on that, SSP and on the server I ran. So many brilliant memories, but then they ruined it with all sorts of magical shit and abominations like reactorcraft which stuffs the rock layers with 300 varieties of utterly useless shite.
And they are all built upon one another. So you can't take them out without breaking tekkit.
Fukkit.

So Terrafirmacraft came along for me which is similar to AWN but for minecraft. A big ambitious overhaul that adds so much more to the standard progression trees and cuts out all of the magic shit completely and I still play that to this day although I haven't been on it in a fair while because of uh... difficult circumstances >_>

I've been reading the Dune series lately, finished Dune over the weekend, then finished Dune Messiah yesterday now I'm into Children of Dune which will probably last until the weekend and then it's onto God-Emperor of Dune <_<
Dune Messiah is gunna be one of the next books I read
I was a bit wary given that it was only 200 pages and to me that says 'uh oh' but I was actually very content with it. The themes running through the book, the intrigue and the way it was ended (I would say wrapped up but it wasn't, intentionally of course)

It's one of those series that I think 'why on earth did it take me this long to start reading it?'

Minor non-spoiler spoilers, obscure and inane level spoiler
Spoiler
I chuckled when I saw the name of a character as Hayt, because that was the name of the Harkonnen mentat for the Dune 2000 game >_>
wtf it's only 200 pages? That's bizarre. The first is like something stupid like 900
Yeah it was quite odd, mind you it's a small print book that I have but yeah 200.
The first was around 600+ iirc, the edition I have anyhoo.

It is oddly small, but I think it does a good job of keeping focus on the story around Muad 'Dib and subsequent events >.>
