Hmm, this is a tricky one.
I think, given that you have no alternative and that the food is already prepared - so the chicken have already died for it, throwing it away would be a waste of it's death as well as leaving you without food. If I was in that situation, I can't honestly say how I'd approach the food really. I flat out refuse to eat meat, I'll go hungry and I have done if need be but if it was a situation in which going hungry would be more than a day or so and more like a week? Egh.
One thing this does though, inadvertently, I've been pretty hacked off this evening because I found out that the yoghurts I've been eating for a little while now contain gelatine. So I'm pissed that I've been unintentionally eating products from the death of an animal but ultimately there is nothing I can do at this point other than never eating them again. I'm not going to die because it was eaten, I'm not going to have to go to Mecca for cleansing or anything - I just have to remind myself to be more watchful of products that have an ingredients list longer than four words, and add yoghurts to the blacklist. So after a rambly bit there, it puts my conundrum into perspective because I'm not facing a more difficult one such as yourself.
Yeah when I started swearing off meats I had forgotten that gelatin is made from animal bones, and was pretty upset that I had to throw out my gummy worms. So this is like a internal conflict, and I'll probably lie to myself while I'm eating it and tell myself it's fish.
I'm even weird about how I eat my fish. Like I got this one frozen fish dinner and I realized it was a bunch of fish chopped up and squished together to make a patty I freaked out and refused to eat it. I too have gone hungry for the sake of not eating meat (or different fished molded into one lie), but like you said this would be more of a week rather than a day or two.
Yeah, gelatine is the bane of my life. It's in everything under the bloody sun and checking packets for the stuff is now an unconscious habit.
It's a tricky thing all the same though, I'm slowly pointing myself towards a fully vegetarian diet and I'm hoping to make the shift in the near future. I've dropped off my seafood consumption down to barebones, but I think it might be easier to just not eat fish unless occasion demands it which is closer to what I'm at now. Equally I don't really like the semi-hypocritical stance that I hold on the matter, where I refuse to eat certain fish but not others.
I think in this scenario the right choice is to eat the food, when one cannot have the liberty of choosing a diet then you just make do with what you have. Unless you live in the far east, it's not easy to eat a vegetarian diet as a pauper.
This is so true... It's really hard to be a vegetarian in the west. I still get weird looks, and my mom actually gets mad at me when I remind her I don't eat meat. She never supported it when I was a teenager because I got really sick when I became vegan because she refused to buy me "special" food (as she put it). Le sigh.
Yup, my mother was unhelpful to say the least and put it mildly. It took about a year before she got over herself and stopped making it as difficult as possible for me to not eat meat.
Even on here, a fair number of users seem to take it as a personal attack that you don't eat meat. It's just as obnoxious as proselytising veggie/vegans are in return.
It's the social norm to eat meat, and people either don't like change and/or are adverse to different life styles, but this you know.
Indeed <.<

I'm uh... not pleased to hear that all the shit that I spent fucking hours and hours working on over the last year (well october-june time) is now utterly obsolete. Kind of a slap in the face there, especially when trying to sell a £40 DLC to me is going to be damn near impossible.
Ah well, I'll give it until the next super digital deluxiest edition comes out with all of the current content and more so that I'm not wasting money too much and then consider getting back into it.
Destiny 2 should be out next year. Buy the original then with everything bundled togeather. I know they'll do it. Expect gear to reset with every new expansion. Or at least. Once a year. We'll see how that goes. In MMOs I can forgive it, because there's more gear, and more time in-between resets. But I was disappointed to hear most of my gear is trash now.
Yeah, I mean the dark below gear shit wasn't too cool, having everyone dress like shit and use the same 4 guns makes for a very refreshing game. HoW was better because of the etheric light dealio, but now they've canned that and it's just very... hollow feeling.
All the exotics I'm fond of? gimped for eternity Some of the legendary shit I took ages to ascend so I'd look cool? trash But oh boy we've got green shit now :DDDDDDD
*sigh*
I'm glad I got off the density train when I did.
A good chunk of exotics got a Year 2 edition that you can get in game relatively easy if you have the Year One version.
It's not uncommon with what they did - with new expansions and games on the horizons, they have to give longevity - giving you amazing weapons in Year One and having you use them to fly through the future DLC does not do that.
I think that it wouldn't be too hard for them to have expanded the etheric light system as well as adding in all the new shit <_<
Most of the community hated the etheric light system.
Most of the community are twelve year old children.

I'd eat it myself, but there's nothing wrong at all with choosing not to if it conflicts with your diet.
I'm going to eat it especially since one of them is a buffalo chicken type thing (which is my favorite type of chicken), but I mainly stopped eating beef and meats like chicken because of how many hormones they pump into them. I know it won't kill me to eat the food given to me while I'm broke as hell. I'd feel so ungrateful if I didn't. They didn't know that I'm pescatarian. I'm worried I might get sick since I haven't eaten meat since June.
You won't become ill from eating it after a break from not eating it, I mean you might have a bit of digestive discomfort if you suddenly chowed down on a rare steak or something but for chicken in cooking it shouldn't cause you any problems <.<

As others have said already, if you want to go with IT then go with the RAF. There is a lot more IT shit going on there than in the regular army <.<
It's probably worth speaking to Connexions about it, unless they've already been axed for your area in which case maybe check the websites for the respective forces and see what it says.

I can do about a mile in about 16 minutes Not sure the standards the Brits use but you need to cut that time in half.
As for IT stuff, wouldn't the RAF have more positions for that? Here in the U.S. the Air Force is basically composed of pilots and tech support.
It might have changed since my grandpa's days, he said it was something like 10 miles in 45 minutes (I think) or the same in 1:15 with full gear.

I'm gonna gloss over the physical defects point though, mostly because that is something I'd rather not get worked up over at 1am. I'll just say this, don't lump physical and mental handicaps in together for christ's sake.
I'm talking extreme cases.
I really shouldn't but go on, I'll bite.
How extreme are we talking? And any mental comorbid conditions? or just straight up extreme physical? Detaaaaaaaaaaaaails.
Surgery can sort out two of those cases with relative ease, the middle of the three images isn't clear what the ailment is. Someone born with extra limbs or a parasitic twin isn't doomed to a miserable life courtesy of modern surgical expertise.
There are very few physical conditions that would warrant abortion of an otherwise healthy foetus. Even the ones that previously could have been used as a point here are generally treatable today.
I didn't research anything beyond "Horrible birth deformities," because the point I'm trying to get across doesn't need anything to be acknowledged other than that the deformities I'm referencing are either unable to be fixed, or suggest an incredibly high chance of a major loss in quality of life. The fact that the images I chose didn't meet those parameters was just bad luck, because I know nothing about what any of the children involved here suffered from. If it meets those qualifications, though, then I would abort it.
That would be part of my point in general then, when looking at this sort of issue it doesn't really pay to make examples with no real basis because all it does it make a nice shiny polished hypothetical that has no sway in the real world. That's the point of this discussion to me. I'm not concerned with real-world applications to this issue. I'm arguing from a principle standpoint assuming these methods exist, because that expresses adequately my view on the subject.
Alrighty well have fun with that then, hypotheticals in this vein struggle to hold any value to me. Especially ones that simply don't translate into the real world, nor will they ever.

That would be part of my point in general then, when looking at this sort of issue it doesn't really pay to make examples with no real basis because all it does it make a nice shiny polished hypothetical that has no sway in the real world. Which of course anyone is free to do so, but the danger is to then take the hypothetical and apply it to cases where in actual fact it really doesn't. Horrible birth deformities being a good example of that, at a cursory look the children would appear beyond help but a little bit of wider knowledge of the field (nothing specialist that requires study mind you) and you realise that actually only one of the children looks to be in a particularly bad way and that's as a result of the unknown rather than the obvious. It goes without saying if a child will be born to die a horrible death, with nothing between it's exiting the womb and it's entering the grave to be filled with suffering as a result of a condition then abortion is a sound moral argument. The danger, as I just said, is to then use the same argument to apply to cases where it really does not but it seems to do so - thus inadvertently causing more suffering in the world by trying to prevent it. (The suffering of the mother as a result of the abortion, which is not outweighed by the prevented suffering of a child who wouldn't have actually suffered a whole lot after the first week or so whilst they were treated)

I don't remember the number though >_>
We have HQ, Anarchy, Art board and Destiny as the hidden boards iirc
Although the art board might have died a while back now.
So that's 9 total with most of them having known numbers >_>
It's at the end of the URL.
Yeah the thing is I can't actually see three of the boards >_> Anarchy is seasonal, Density is admin only and I imagine it's the same for the possibly nonexistant art board. HQ is #2 though and anarchy is #8 (courtesy of my browser saved URLs) so the others probably fit in around the others.

Added simple descriptions for all the boards. There's only seven, right? Unless there's an eighth one I don't know about.
It's probably the super secret board that totally doesn't exist
Or the other one that cheat might have gotten rid of
We only have 7 boards.
Is HQ 2.0, or 7.0?
It might be the Destiny board.
