I ran into the same enclave encounter, it's by the anchorage memorial I think.
It occurs when you've hit Lv 8, regardless of the enclave's status storywise. 4984

The graphics look fine, I mean the only thing I'd say I'm not overly fond of is some of the textures seem monocoloured but that's either intentional or pre-release footage.
Just stuff like the side of a terminal, desk, paper and the like seemed a bit - eh. BUT BOO FUCKING HOO, THE GRAPHICS AREN'T 100% 4K ENB MY LIFE IS BLOODY OVER really though, the game looks fine and people will bitch about anything 4985

Just because of this article, I'm going to throw out all of the books that I own that were written by women.
All three of them. Out of 600. huh maybe they are onto something. 4987

So I had a giggle just now.
I've been roaming around in a suit of outcast armour because it looks cool e.e And it's close enough to Skitarii as you are going to get in Fallout but I went to talk to Casdin to turn in some tech and he said something I've never heard before to the effect of 'i see you have a suit of our power armour there, I'm sure you just happened to find it out in the wastes (sarcasm dripping) so I'll take that off your hands and you can be on your way' I thought it was a joke but i hit RB and boom. There i am starkers outside fort independence. If I didn't like the armour so much I wouldn't have reloaded a save but god damn it made me laugh. This is one of the things I love so much about this game, even after all these years and hundreds of hours of playtime - there is still shit that genuinely surprises me/that I haven't seen before. 4988

I do run into that a lot at work, the half arsed job some of the student labour pool does of things. After they'd trained me for a week I ended up being sent to clean up after everyone else. Make sure things were done properly and all that. I mean, it's kinda embarrassing when your boss drags you and a co-worker to the section you've just done to point out that's how things are meant to be done. 4989

Well that's not all that surprising, the family who owns and runs this store and a few others too are indian. But I live in a pretty white area, so all of the staff in the shop are limey bastards like me. There was a conversation between my boss and a retired old man who used to run a shop, the old guy was saying to the effect of ''thank god for you indian chaps, because none of the natives here have got the backbone to run local shops anymore. Nobody wants to get up at 4am and go to bed at midnight every day of the week, work 6am to 10pm shifts and the like'' It was quite interesting to hear really, and it rang true because the other local shop that was run by natives was a complete shambles. They opened when they felt like it and closed early because they were bored, the shop was always out of essentials and rammed with 300 kinds of £5 jam. ._. 4990

Tightfisted little faggot, it's 5p. I hope he dropped the four bottles of whine he bought too. Hmm, a she-troll was getting all high and mighty over 50p once too. The tills we have are utter trash so I mean, she was right and the till was wrong but god I could have shot her on the spot for making a nuisance of herself. And there was a lady who kamikaze'd a doorhandle with her forehead too, that ended well. Paramedics arrived along with the Butcher's van, which was a little bit funny. 4993

Zombie films used to be good for the body count, now it's just bleh.
Even the games have moved away from that to make shitty survival horror attempts with runners, mutants and screamers etc. Prototype 1 had it best, that's what the zombie apocalypse is all about. Buckets of gore, killing by the thousands and lots of e.e Not 'oh no, a retarded corpse is chasing me around and I'm going to act like a retard and get bitten by it' 4996

It's been about two years for the PS4's PS+ games collection.
I've found two of them to be even worth downloading, and I've played one of those. I'm kind of used to the GWG/PS+ free games being uninteresting at this point, I barely even bother checking the videos. 4997

I'm 50/50 on choosing someone who'd be a good parent or someone who would go along with psychological experimentation on the child.
A little unrelated but it reminds me of a psychology 'experiment' a few years ago where two married psychs adopted a chimpanzee as a newborn because the mother rejected it. They raised it and aside from a few expected issues, it all worked fine. The problem came about when the meatbags made a little meatbag and the chimp got pissy, given that they have quite a bit of strength and some sharp bloody teeth - the heartless bastards sent it off to a sanctuary to protect their little meatbag. ;-;7 5002

Not every working class student who can barely afford a pair of Filas is going to necessarily be gifted in handiwork, and likewise, not every upperclass toff who relies on daddy to pay for everything is going to be a sublime academic. The academic skill of the child is tested, if they are good with their books they go to a grammar if they are better with their hands they go to a technical college. Of course those born with a silver spoon in their arsehole will go to private schooling anyway, it's just for filtering middle/lowers really. You get the brightest stars from the lower and the best from the middle, the rest go off to techni to stop saturating the graduate market with bloody liberal arts. 5004

It's probably just to do with schooling, I have next to no sympathy for the [Insert term to describe Dalit here] who made schooling tedious. The lessons moved at a snail's pace because of catering to the undesirables who had no interest in it anyway. I'd have loved to be filtered off into a grammar school at 11, rather than spending four years in mixed ability classrooms. (See: The able do all of the work and the unwilling make it hard for them to do so) 5005

28%
Only 28% managed to get a single fucking C? I mean, I would have said I'm not surprised going by the kind of mouth breathing peasantry* that infested the lower sets at school but not even a third of poor students managed to get a C? Ugh. *Before some yank rides in on his moral high horse about muh classism, being a filthy peasant in this context has nothing to do with your social class. It's the trogs who have zero inclination to apply themselves at school. My family was poor as shit, bugger all income and a mountain of debt. Free school meals and textbooks because we had zero money, I don't mean not a lot I mean we were flat broke. And yet, I still managed to walk out of highschool with three times as many GCSEs as the average student. You work hard, you do your studying and you put school above football/drinking with your lads or whatever the fuck they do nowadays - and you will do fine. We should have brought back the grammar schools a long time ago, trying to shovel every kid through the same system doesn't bloody work. The workers need practical jobs and skills for a trade, the academics need to not be held back by the gumby of the classroom. 5007
