Hmm not really to that extent, but there are a lot of people I enjoy talking to.
I'm not great for proactive conversation starting, because of the sheer volume of people I have messaging me every day. It's not manageable to be starting conversations on the whole, depends a little on the how busy the day is though.
I do remember the kinda feeling though, when you make a new friend/good friend etc you want to spend time talking with them and all that.
As for clingyness though, I don't think that's really my style. I suffer greatly with a large number of Denkos that seem to be drawn to me like moths to a flame, all jabbering for attention and getting pissy when I don't have infinite time to spend with them. Sure it's nice to think that people want to talk to you, but it gets kinda tiresome when the world and his wife constantly barrage you with Hey  or Hi  )))))) or EKS DEE etc

I'm not really sure to be honest, there are a fair few users I'd consider to be friends/good friends/FLEE IS MY BEST FRIENDS but I don't really remember who came first, it probably doesn't help half of them died in the b.linding and very few of them moved here. So now I have cool new friends and some friends from bnet.

I'd just like to point something out, the last time there was an election for mod positions people voted in kiyo. Elections are a recipe for manipulation and joke voting, giving someone mod is one thing but making a random user an admin simply because of a poll? Yeah what could possibly go wrong.

Islam is pretty shite, but I'm not gonna treat someone badly because they are a muslim. Even if you disagree with their beliefs, a bit of respect for the person as a baseline isn't really all that bad. If said person turns out to be a fanatic, then to hell with them of course.
Same shit with any religion, if the person is religious then shitting on their beliefs because you find them repellent is pretty rude. Challenge them sure, but don't do it because of a hateboner you can barely hide.
