There isn't even that much. It's all optional anyway, depending on your choices.
Just to nitpick, there are a few less optional scenes like Whoreson Juniour's uh... house... but given how you are allowed to conclude that mini-arc, I don't think verb will mind too much.

Aside from the only sticking point of the (mostly optional) lewd scenes, which despite my dislike of them do somewhat fit in the setting to do with Geralt's uh... nature I guess... the game itself, story, OST, art/landscapes and general world building was just 10/10.
The worst thing I can say about the witcher is asset re-use when it comes to generic NPCs. Which is such a terrible game ruining thing and is in no way expected from a relatively small studio.

Nah, you can easily skip them and still get full enjoyment out of TW3 They help with understanding some of the lore, but the game is very well self-contained. It might just take you a bit of time to get to grips with some of the stuff going on and the who's who.

2. Fallout 4 (Great game, obscene amount of content but needed more choice)
3. Halp 5 (pretty good for a 343 title)
4. Battlefront (just a fun game, that's all)
5. Rainbow Six Siege because I can't think of a 5th game and also because it's the first tom clancy game I haven't disliked.

My dad reads them and he told me one book has a hundred pages that's about some random. He said they were about the guy's journey to meet Daenerys and at the end of it he gets eating by a dragon.

From what I remember the problem boils down to having the country split into French/German/Flemish (might have gotten that a bit mixed up sorry flee) and because each of the three regions run somewhat autonomously you get a ridiculous amount of bureaucracy and inertia when it comes to anything.
Flee ofc say if that ^ is wrong, but that's what my belgian friend explained the situation to me as being <.<
