It's best to PM me about it, but fortunately this time I remembered and cleared the list out. The warning is simply the name of the moderation system, a 0%, a 10% warning and a 30% warning are all still warnings but each indicates something different 0% is either slap on the wrist, tagging something for future reference or more frequently to send the serious board blacklist message - if the violation was just petty shit then it'll be that but a full on 10 page flamewar might come with some numbers. 10% is a formal warning, like 'don't be doing that lad' and can be described as a slap 30% is the threshold for a ban and upwards in terms of numbers just indicates how many days it will be. Hope that clears things up

Yeah, when you don't eat the same meals as the rest of the household you have to either learn to cook for yourself or enjoy eating halal leftovers for the rest of your days.
After a few weeks of 'Roast dinner without the roast', you get cooking.
I can't say I do a lot of it these days, the most extravagant thing I prepare is a sandwich. It's just soup, vegetables, soup, fruit, soup, vegetables, fruit, soup, kill me, soup, fucking why, soup. soup soup soup.

Sort of, I occasionally eat a bit of fish/seafood so that would make me a pescatarian but I'd say lately my diet is pretty exclusively veggie.

Nice I've considered it myself.
It can be a bit of struggle to start with, whilst you figure out what food is and isn't suitable. You'd be surprised just how many ways they can sneak animal products into ordinary 'non-meat' foods and just how many 'meat' foods are actually fully vegetarian <_< A nice example is a yoghurt and a packet of roast chicken crisps. The yoghurt is not suitable but the crisps are. gg Depending on your motivations/ideology, it's a very worthwhile change in diet imo. It's at the point where the thought of eating meat doesn't even occur to me, infact it kind of makes me feel ill.

In high school I knew a fair few and was good friends with a kid who had mild autism, pokemon was his thing and I'm talking human pokedex sort of fellow. He wasn't great at interacting with others, because he'd talk in strange voices and tones and tended to grab people by the shoulders but we got along fine.
Of course, children being the vicious bastards that they are, there were plenty of people who took the piss out of him and a few who went a bit further with their shit. There was this one lardy little blemish who found it funny to poke him in the back of the neck on the bus amongst other things and after I asked him quite nicely to cut the shit and he didn't, I got the bastard barred from the veehickle.
Other than him, I haven't really met any firsthand.
Last summer though, I was shadowing clinical psychologists who worked on an austim/LD specialist team so I got to hear a fair amount about what it was like to work with them. I met a couple briefly, one who flipped a chair in greeting (mildly amusing, deftly caught) but not enough of an encounter to know them.
The thing that struck me the most throughout my time shadowing the psychs, was how hopelessly inept the carers were. I mean I don't expect an HCA to know the same level of stuff as a clinpsy or a psychiatrist but fugg me. What kind of retard screams at autistic children when they are getting rowdy? And is then surprised when they get bitten. GG jesus christ.
Oh and this one lady who was convinced the guy they were caring for was a psychopath in disguise, no ma'am he's just autistic. Autistic people don't have a whole lot of this thing called empathy because of the y'know deficiencies in interpersonal relationships and ability. But no, he was a vicious psychopath.
tl;dr
Most people don't have a fucking clue when it comes to autism, even the bloody carers.
