Valkyria has some late game balancing issues Psy, scouts become super OP. Especially when you give them the DLC rifle.

not really been a problem for me so far
just sneak up/charge the enemy in groups of 2/3 and mow em down.

The airburst used to be the terror of lockers/metro
Then they nerfed it (thanks dice) and suddenly it takes a mag to kill someone.
I mean you can still make people cry with it, especially if your whole squad pulls them out and just sits back but eh it's a shadow of it's former self.
Not that nerfing stuff is bad ofc, the game used to be ACE23field but after some tweaks to it and the big change in how they calculate spread it's a rarity.
Spread is something to learn too
Slow firing guns -> sustained fire will work for a bit
High RPM guns -> short bursts or you are wasting ammo
Single-shot is useful to remember for long distance firing too.
