Leak isn't really the right word but I can't think of a more appropriate one. Disclosing IPs, Locations, Emails, or Personal Information (When it gets reported, the report stays archived because of the way the site works). It's nothing all that dramatic but it's stuff that isn't meant to be shared with the forum as a whole for pretty obvious reasons.

I kinda explained it in the OP but there are two factors for it The simple one is that after his last few bans he was due a pretty heavy one, 2-3 months or so. So after doing this latest bit of idiocy he'd be due that regardless (A few months). but the bit that made it into a permaban is Mods/Staff can see stuff that normal users can't, IPs for example. Or personal information that we've removed courtesy of someone being an idiot/creep etc. The standing rule is that you don't talk to anyone about that sort of stuff for pretty obvious reasons. Then there are a couple of other things that the staff are aware of that we aren't meant to discuss for similar reasons, kiyo being banned was one of them. If he wants to appeal, he can and he knows who to contact about it (Cheat/LC).

I started with the show, then read the books after Season 2 or 3 I think.
The last season was dire and maybe this one can recover but... eh...
Unless Stannis the Mannis gets the official axe in the next book, the show goes from adaptation to mediocre interpretation pretty quickly for me.
Quite aside from 'killing' him off, they ruined his bloody character as well near the end. Why is he doing all of this? To secure the rightful place of his bloodline. What does he do? Barbaque his daughter and end his lineage.

Honestly, don't rape case abortions go to the same facility as other people? I mean, I understand with medical emergencies that they'll already be at the hospital when they find out the child is a risk to the mother's life, but with rape case abortions, the chick won't know until later on. I don't think they ask the woman their reason for the abortion, do they? I admit, I'm ignorant on the subject in that regard.
Maybe it's the tiredness but I would imagine they don't ask the reason for making scrambled eggs in someone's womb. So the problem would be, if you make the assumption that the person who had to have their little ayylmao ripped out with a hoover is promiscuous rather than being the victim of an ayy lmao themselves, that probably won't go down too well for their future health and wellbeing. So asking people if they want an IUD after one could go awry, involuntary IUDs shouldn't really be a thing and it's a bit of a catch 22. I guess making it a clear available option at the clinic with posters or the like wouldn't do any harm though.

Going by the warning history for both, and the ban logs Deci posted spoilers, then kept it up, then threatened a DDoS and got whacked for six. You posted spoilers and then that was pretty much it. There isn't anything showing you carried it on after the initial slap, because that would have resulted in a ban without question.
