I'm torn between an Exitus Rifle, a Bolter (Adapted for humans) and a Laser Rifle from fallout.
The Exitus Rifle because being able to blow someone's brains out from 10 miles, maybe 20 away with auto tracking ammunition that will turn a tank to jelly in a single shot is lots of fun.
Bolter because why the fuck not.
Laser Rifle because of the ammo, microfusion cells - give a few to scientists and watch the world change >.>

I would say yes, but those duties are no more set in stone than rights are.
People shirk their duty and people violate the rights of others, but it doesn't mean it's a bad idea to have them.
I believe it's everyone's duty to do their utmost to prevent harm to others, this can take the form of stopping a fight or talking someone off the ledge. I'd also be inclined to say that it is sometimes necessary to harm to prevent harm, for example shooting dead a violent criminal who is trying to stab someone.
Does this mean that everyone is going to actually do their best to help others? Of course not. If they can live with themselves in the knowledge that they failed in their duty to help someone, then good for them.

I got an MSI GS70, good spec. Should run most things on high. What do you play on pc??

Unfortunately my laptop is a bit... funny... about playing anything that's 3D >.>
