I didn't play Battlefield 3 all that much but I hear its somewhat OP in that game too.
DICE hit it so hard with the nerf bat that it became one of the crappiest ARs in the game. It was OP, but yeah they went overboard and clanked it one. Then for BF4 it's... good... but the way it's designed is also shit. Blistering ROF and a tiny magazine + painfully slow reload = You can easily kill one, maybe two people but then you are stood there with your dick in your hand in CQB.

I'd rather my brain get placed into a mechanical body instead. With the right technology, I could keep my ability to feel and even reproduce.
Strongly doubting the Imperium is noblebright enough for either of those, though.

I know full-body conversions are possible in 40k, but I don't think they retain the ability to feel or reproduce. That wouldn't be cynical enough, I'd assume.
They are possible and it does happen, but techpriests who choose to retain those functions are regarded as weirdos >_> I can think of maybe one techpriest that retained their... giblets... (Alluded to in the Cain series at least) and a handful that kept their emotion centres too. So it does happen, but it's rare.

Some of the shit she pulled is just... ugh... I don't feel like digging up any particularly unpleasant ones at the moment but here is a sort of funny story.
My brothers and I were sat in the bedroom playing a game and trying to ignore screamaggedon Mk.22 which was going on in the kitchen. Dear old mummy came up stairs and kicked the fuck out of the door while screaming at us that it was all our fault.
The door opens into a bookshelf and she broke the bookshelf which poured books all over the floor, to which she promptly flew into even more of a rage whilst shrieking that we made such a god damn mess and we should clean our shit up. Then she drank more wine, got in the car and fucked off in the middle of the night.
I was either 12-13 and my brothers would have been 10/11, 8/9, 6/7 respectively.
That was fun.
And I can't remember if that's the time that she crashed the car into a hedge, or if that was one of the countless other times she pulled that shit.
Alcohol is a wonderful thing.

I'd rank FNV as easily better than FO3 (Even with nostalgia factors) if the game didn't give the Legion so much shite.
A better balanced map in favour of the legion, so that siding with Caesar doesn't cockblock you from most of the good quests/merchants/regions of the map. Sure you get a lot of enemies to kill, but when they are dead you are left with nothing but mindless NPCs on respawn :/
