Gaming / Re: Battlefield 1 Interest Gauge

Simple thread to gauge how interested in BF1 people are, the release is two months away now and the open beta is coming out on the 30th/31st so I'm curious to see how many septagooks will be playing it (particularly on the xbone).

What happened to building a PC
life

it's probably still gonna happen

but not for a bit at least
die
You were supposed to play warhammer with nick and i
;-;

I mean it is looking a bit more feasible now, but a lot of it depends on how much income I'll have over the next few months. If it trickles down to low/zero then eeee, pc might have to go on hold.

Or I might be able to get it sept/oct time and meme away

It's not genocide, it's pest control.
Nah, I'm sure Deci would consider it Revenge.
Revenge for what?

Tough choice.

Here's hoping a historical DLC is made for this one.
I hope for a return of the Napoleonic Wars, or maybe the crusades.
Sengoku Era Japan.

I kinda passed over the series because i had a friend ages ago who wouldn't shut up about it, so I never even looked at a video but if it's a medieval battle game then hmmmmmmmmm

Good, it's sorta how things have just 'felt' (10/10 gold standard of economic measurement).

There was the initial shock but life has carried on, for which I am glad.

I don't like genji is going to be too bad, he just won't be as frustrating to play against. His damage wasn't touched except his melee combo being gone and 2 seconds on ult
It's the death of bouncing simulator 2016 that annoys me

He could keep a point held almost as well as a slippery lucio, but if he's no longer able to bounce bounce bounce it's gonna suck trying to do the dance of 'nigga you can't hit me'

40k sadly

It used to be that the 40k tag on steam would show some really good shit, now it's a steaming pile of million monkeys on typewriter tier stuff.

They give the license to literally anyone who wants to make a cash-in game whereas before they appeared to give a shit about quality control. THQ dying basically ruined everything.
What 40k game have they made since THQ died?
Space Hulk - meh
Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon - Squad Command was better
Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf - idek
Warhammer 40,000: Carnage - idek
Warhammer 40,000: Storm of Vengeance - PvZ reskin
Warhammer 40,000: Regicide    - Chess
The Horus Heresy: Drop Assault - idek
Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch Tyranids Invasion - idek
Legacy of Dorn: Herald of Oblivion - Some weird mobile game tier VN or something
Eisenhorn: Xenos - This one really hurts, it's one of the best novels in 40k being mangled into a meh tier blideo bame adaptation
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada - Apparently this one is alright
Space Hulk: Deathwing - Reskin
Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade - It could be good but I really doubt it will at this point
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr - idek
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III - Moba boogaloo

-Genji
Double jump no longer resets when wall climbing
Dash No longer deals damage to or bypasses traps
Alt fire no longer interrupts quick melee attacks
Duration of ultimate has been reduced from 8 seconds to 6 seconds

Fucks sake

Gaming / Re: Fuck, how did Mass Effect 3's ending go so wrong?
« on: August 17, 2016, 05:57:43 PM »
There was nothing wrong with the original synthesis ending

It makes no sense in the established universe, and not even a strict renegade playthrough yields a Shepherd that would force such a huge evolution on the galaxy. None of the endings really make sense, though.
Storywise it's not a big deal for me, it creates a universe where organics no longer truly exist and only the purity of synthetics remain.

1198
Long overdue, the fact that it's taken this long to deal with this parasite is a mark of national shame.

b-b-but the nuclear family is an archaic concept and has no place in the current year
Got news friendo, the current year ended eight months ago.
then what year is it
2013+3

The current year is 2013+2
so you be saying

it's still 2015
201 what?
2013 is the highest number we've discovered.
Incredible to think America is older than that.

2013+2 is the current year, therefore, the current year was last year
incredible to believe certain people like pysch have no concept of the passage of time
have you ever played a game with me?

'I'll be back in a minute'
>20
'five mins'
>40
'be on soon'
>3 hours later

My chronometer is pretty shite tbh
