Upon review of the unorthodox report that kupo made ITT, two warnings have been issued.
A few points for consideration though.
Number 1. This method of reporting posts is not encouraged and infact is technically against the rules. You will never receive a warning for doing so mind you, that's just wrong. It will get locked and moved though. What you should do instead is either PM it to a moderator as a block of text or report it manually but when you are dealing with that number of posts I don't think that's a good idea either.
Number 2. Not all of the posts included in the report broke the rules, some were simply abrasiveness and vulgarity. Neither of which are against the rules but are certainly tiresome. When it turns into insults, that is however against the rules. Persistently insulting a user after two edits and two moderator verbal warnings clearly shows you aren't getting the message, and is grounds for censure as opposed to just calling someone stupid/dumb/idiot/retard etc.
Number 3. Addressing the thread that spawned most of this shit.
Yeah, I should have just locked it outright. I didn't and I was having a discussion with a certain user about it, to which upon reflection I was roughly incorrect. Unfortunately I'm still a human, as much as I wish I could be a robot, and humans make mistakes. Even moderators. And I doubly fucked up by leaving to keep an appointment with a friend and not locking it, that was because I felt it would be seen as petty/abuse of power to lock an argument and to waltz off as if nothing mattered.
So yeah, my apologies for not beheading that drama llama when it first reared it's head.

I'm not going to speak for the states, but in bongistan this shit is hardly uncommon.
Britain First's mosque raids for example, whilst hilariously cringey are still an example of it. The EDL's riots were/are another. (They seem to have died off now that they stopped getting so much attention) Then you have all the unorganised petty stuff, people swearing at them in the street/on buses/trains 'fuck off back to iraq' etc. It's not a massive countrywide problem, but it does still exist.
Just give it up. Either he's too far absorbed into the Clapistan mantra or he's trolling.

I find it creepy that the mods have their own board that's completely off limits to the rest of the site.
... So, like any other website where the staff has to discuss changes to rules/website design/etc?
I know that staff discusses stuff with each other and that some stuff can't be disclosed like if it relates to a personal issue but the idea of a completely separate board in which al of thel discussion is off limits to the rest of the community sort of has an eerie ring to it. Like what goes on in there? What do they usually discuss? Who's brought up in there?
It's dead as fuck, it's used to brainstorm ideas about rules and for storing copypasted reports. Or, for this current thread in question. So the mods can go over it and figure out what to do.

It does however break the rules by calling out a user, but it would be incredibly wrong to warn someone for trying to bring an issue the moderators. Started off fighting for the Imperium, Converted to the Blood Pact (Bad guys), fought for them for a while and got sick of it, went over to the Sons of Sek a rival force to the Blood Pact (Still bad guys) and trained them up to be able to take on the Blood Pact, then promptly left to rejoin the Imperium with a wealth of stolen knowledge to be used against the enemies of the Emperor <.<
So again, you can draw the parallel of 'used to be a bastard now not quite as bad/repenting' and you can also (for 40K fans) see how I went from being an avid Khornate to a reformed servant of the Emperor e.e
