I'd put my vote to pretty much anything Jun Maeda/(Maeda Jun - I can never remember which is his forname) has worked on <.<
Angel Beats, Clannad/AS and Little Busters for example.
With Angel Beats it the external stuff that really shines, ontop of the ones in the show. All the GDM songs that were written and released separately and all that.

It depends on the drug in question, but chances are it wouldn't cause you any harm. Obviously I wouldn't advise it, like ever, but to use the one I'm on as an example. 30mg of Mirtazapine is the mid-ground dosage (15, 30, 60), You can take roughly an entire pack of these and live to tell the tale, as I think the rough idea of giving someone with depression tablets is to make sure you don't just give them an easy way to OD. The only fatality I can think of was when someone put 28 of the tablets into a dwarf's pint of alcohol and he died after drinking it. So if I were to double my dosage/take two, which I have had to do so a few times in the past (When I really can't sleep) it doesn't have any really bad effects/risks. Other than of course doubling the dizziness/tiredness effect, which is kind of the side effect they were prescribed to me for <.< tl;dr Don't do it, but it probably won't do you any harm if you are on something mild. If you are on one of the old fashioned heavier drugs, then I'd say to be veeeeeeery careful about doing so <.<

They won't deride you for being addicted to painkillers, they'll hopefully just offer you some treatment (If they are worth their salary that is) Addiction to painkillers is an unfortunately all too common addiction, not a source for mockery either way.
