Martyr-mums do irritate me a little.
For example, my dear old mummy used to do the things that a stay at home mum does. Dishwasher, laundry and tidying up. She used to play this out to be the equivalent of sawing off her own limb every single day rather than about an hour's worth of housework to be done. Now to start with, we all kind of took her word for it and were all sorreeeeee mummy dearest etc etc etc but then when she went batshit fucking insane and fucked off to the arse end of the country to drink herself to death we were left to do the chores.
Now maybe it's just the 'bloke efficiency' strategy that makes the difference, but I tell you what <.<
It takes me about 20 minutes to do the dishwasher, laundry and tidy shit up. Not 3 hours.
But then again, I'm not downing two bottles of wine whilst doing all this^ shit <_______<
I still have respect for parents who look after their kids though <.<

Movies - Buy them/Netflix
Games - Buy them, Discs >>> Digital for me
TV shows - Netflix/Crunchyroll tends to cover all the bases, the only thing I do now and then is when say there is GOT airing in the YooEssAy but fuck the rest of the planet for a few days, or use VPNs and shit and I really can't be arsed with all that. I stream it on whatever arsend site has it, then buy the DVDs when they release A full fucking year later in the UK.
If it was accessible/affordable to stream things like GOT/BB (When that was airing) in the UK at roughly the same time as it's airing in the USA then that would cut out the final section. Companies are getting better at the whole... you know... offering their god damn product to the market in an accessible manner .______. but there is still a long way to go.
