I dont remember names but DS2: That Castle with the heavy rain and level up bae is outside DS3: After that bossfight with the tree and the ground falls beneath you. Which honestly Im not that far in. Mind you I found Dark Souls and Bloodborne much more interesting and finished those both, but I really like DS2 but lost interest at that point, gunna see if I can light that spark again, and DS3 I just got burnt out and thought it was a clunky Bloodborne, the enemies are just far too mobile for what the player can actually do...usually making dodging the better option to guarding, but the player is given a much worse dodge to that in Bloodborne.

the game has been priced at $40 (good but not ideal) but the gift card i received on xmas should cover that

some new things:
- matchmaking (a la ds3) is now possible so pvp will be less completely fucking asinine (definitely should've been a thing from the beginning, so no brownie points from me)
- up to six players can mingle now
- dedicated servers > peer-to-peer
nothing i give a shit about, just give me an option to say "fuck you" on the title screen and give me an offline pause feature and i'll be good
the game is also not using any new assets, which is great
Pretty certain Dark Souls 3 (and definitely sure) Bloodborne has an Offline mode at title screen, so if they are converting a lot of the features of the newer games to Dark Souls then Id be pretty right in saying the remaster will have that feature.

That is arguable because a lot of the games mechanics are tied to summoning other people. Hell some bosses in the series require online to summon players as part of the boss fight, which I think is pretty damn cool. Otherwise you get a especially janky AI
