Other than very rare occurrences, I don't see it regarding moderation. As for members, I think what you call circlejerking is simply them getting along.
If there are fights, its called "drama". If we get along, its called "circlejerking".

I never mentioned circlejerking today. Its been okay for a while but some days you have a few members making posts about eachother with no contextual value. I know people do make posts which shows them getting along, and i condone it. But you're a fool if you can't see the circlejerking on certain days.
