Also Ill put this out.

If I was a 19 year old girl....how do you think  i would have taken this?
By writing a shitty blog post on your Tumblr page about how a privileged old white male LITERALLY practically raped you right there in front of everyone.
See....as dumb as it is, most people would probably be okay with that, some would call her a dumb bitch for sure.

A male says anything close they get branded a homophobe. Dis double standards things.

Anyway Im over it. Just really shocked me yesterday.

4592
But I'm probably only going to play this once

so what consequences?
let me put it this way

everything that makes the game great--everything that's making the game so popular

you're purposely skipping out on it
because of your preconceived notions of how a game should work
So let me get this straight - in order to enjoy this game, I have play it 2-3 times?

I don't have time for that....I very rarely replay games.

It's not about preconceived notions, it's that I don't want to be playing the same game all Autumn.
Put it this way, you're  playing game once, just revisiting the same places with different consequences

4593
Sans.....you'll  have you're  chance at him eventually.  You monster.
Wait, I just now realised...

The change in your profile is referencing Sans... you know.
I'm, like, trying to not post any spoilers and stuff even though this thread is pretty lenient regarding that but that doesn't stop me from being a considerate person and stuff... whatever
You fight him
Again, just hiding stuff that could be considered a spoiler
at the end of a Genocide run.
You get a cookie :3

I don't think it's homophobia, he just doesn't want to get hit on by an old guy.
He fucking puked though.
I'd puke if an old person hit on me
If you had the same reaction towards an old woman then you're fine.
It's not homophobic to not want to fuck your sex/gender.
To be so disgusted at the notion that you puke is, though.
He probably thought about some old
Wrinkly man pounding his ass and the guy taking his dentures off to give him head.

Shit, I like dick and I'm wanting to puke at the thought.
I mean yeah but I'd also puke if I thought too much about saggy wrinkly boobs and a saggy old white haired vagina. But if an old person came up to me and invited me to their house I wouldn't go straight to the gutter like that because we still don't even know if there was sexual intent. Even if there was I'd just take it as a compliment, say no or something, and shrug it off.

But that's thinking way too much into this situation.
I didnt puke straight away....it sat in my mind for about and hour and just got too sick.

And yes, and old lady would freak the shit outta me too.

The Flood / Re: So, this happened today....I feel sick....

Isn't this the very definition of homophobia?

At just the idea the old guy wanted to fuck him, he had to run and puke.
Batch, what would you have done if it was our friend Charlie here, instead of that random old man?
Probably the same provided I have no idea who they are.

I grew up not to trust strangers, I stick by that. I didnt know who this person was and people generally dont just ask eachother out to dinner so casually.  At least not in my experience.

Vomiting over that seems silly, but okay.
It was a new thing to me.....and I didnt like it.

Yeah I know.

Do I ever get to kill that other skull guy? Papyrus' brother?

I figure the flower is like the final boss or some shit

thanks btw Luci, even though I'm going for the mixed ending it will be so much more fun for me to play than pacifist for sure
Sans.....you'll  have you're  chance at him eventually.  You monster.

Pacifist after a genocide is not a good idea....I think that's worse then the original Genocide ending.
There is only one different thing, but nah he's not doing genocide.
Neutral is......you miss out on so many great things.

Spoiler
At least Flowey will still freak him the fuck out.

And that one difference just makes me think, well.....the worst, you may have played as a Pacifist, but you really werent.

Also, the greatness of the story comes out when you do the pacifist run. Meaning you don't kill anyone, because then you can get the true ending and all the characters personalities show, as well as the writing. And if you haven't caught on by now (god help you), the monsters aren't evil.

If you're just randomly killing people, you're gonna finish the game half assed with a "meh" ending for the most part. You'll also be missing a handful of characters and reveals.
that flower has made me paranoid af

and what do you mean, don't kill anyone? What about all of these random encounters?
Have you ever gone to the mercy option or act and tried to see what they do?

Just because they're random encounters doesn't mean they're evil.

But there are always 2nd playthroughs. Play how you want.
Pacifist after a genocide is not a good idea....I think that's worse then the original Genocide ending.

Yeah if I was ever stupid enough to take the offer, I think it'd be under the assumption of me hurting him.

This fear is turning to anger quickly...
lol wat, calm down. Have you never been hit on by a guy before?
No, like I said, its a confronting thing

Your anger is quickly turning my curious indifference to sadness. Don't be mean to him.
No, I won't it goes against my nature.

This is just very confronting.

I came into this thread expecting something serious

and all I get is your homophobic old man (for money OHOHOHO) bitching

Consider me disappointed son. You don't get a gold sticker for the day.
I don't mind gay people, it's just when an old guy comes in and asks me out to dinner I get a bit sick........

So as most of you know I work in retail, for Australia Post, so I generally run in to some interesting people, some customers are friendly yadda yadda.

This old guy, around 60's-70's has come in a few times, banter was passed over transactions, nothing new....today.....at the end of the transaction....the man grabs a piece of paper, and writes his name, number and address on there, and hands it to me.

He says: "You seem like a very nice person, and I'd like to get to know you better, call that number and we might organise something and I'll take you out for dinner"

Spoiler
WHAT THE FUCK

So  yeah, didnt really know how to respond, told him "we'll see about that" and sent him off....I should have told him he has the wrong idea....but I was shocked.....the next customer asked me if I was alright, and  I really don't know, went and threw up after that.....so that ever happened to you guys?

Like I guess he is allowed to, it's not like I'm underaged, and if it was a girl I'd be flattered, I'd throw the number away of course, it's just.....in my head, it's disgusting.

Spoke to the boss and a few workmates about it, told me to disregard it, and that its.....well fucking creepy. But I just feel sick...

Just, if you're  going to kill them all, then committ. The most interesting versions are killing everyone, or sparing everyone.

Dont go inbetween, dont back down.

You can go on a genocidal rampage if you want, but it completely changes the game

Honestly I love it a lot, I found it a really memorable game
am I supposed to sympathize with the monsters or something

lol

no way jose

Also, those graphics. My God.

That's not a gameplay trailer, so you're not seeing anything representing how the game will look.
The first trailers for Heavy Rain and Beyond look like the games too basically. It's in-engine. That's the whole point lol. He likes to show off his graphics. Why would they show a CGI trailer?

Because CGI looks better, and that's obviously not in-engine.

It clearly reads at the end "Captured in-game engine"
Cause devs never lie right?

They legally can't.

Now, whether the game will remain of that quality by the time it's released is another matter.
Remember Watch Doge?  How about 'you can go over those mountains'?

How about 'Every fish has an AI' The Game.

Most devs these days are just businessman. Which is what theyre meant to be, but its still sour.

Making an ambitious promise you can't carry out =/= lying.
They say 'you can'

Not we 'promise you, you might.'

You realise they can call these the current graphics now and full blame it on technical constraints at release.

Sure you say they legally cant, but the producers layers probably say they can.
