Well the Witcher 3 is pretty much the best looking game on consoles at the moment, so you could say it's something of a benchmark.
It looks good yes, but its world is kinda dull as in, you can't do anything with it. Don't get me wrong here, but the tonnes of NPCs, don't.....really do anything. It's not like they really had anywhere else to put the processing power other then graphics. Physics on the other hand....
Sure the world isn't hugely interactive but they put a lot of effort into the writing for the game, the people you talk to barring one or two generics all seem very real and very human/ab-human.
The graphics are great, especially for a console.
Fallout 4 isn't going to set a benchmark with it's graphics, but they look like they'll stand the test of time far better than those in 3/FNV/Oblivion and Skyrim.
That is true, and onto that, writing hasn't always been Bethesda's strong suit, I just hope it isn't....that bad. To that account, I still think Skyrim holds up well, of course all 3 can look great with mods, but Vanilla wise, they have aged quite.....bad. Especially Fallouts Potato faces

An odd trend....it seems a bit portion of reddit likes comparing the graphics of Fallout 4....to the Witcher 3.....there are a lot of differences and reasons...but it seems to be a common opinion amongst people.

So, if you pick a low intelligence, or hell a lowly charismatic character, will their voices slightly change?
It would be pretty cool if you got a guy with an intel of 1, and the voice actor sounds like a complete retard, this is what we all thought when we played the previous games, at least in our head.....I wonder if Bethesda can deliver.

I feel like I always had a somewhat more.....enlightened view on things in school.
For this very reason I hated working with others who were forced. I work well with friends because we shared the same views, but you get two people who don't talk, well its not easy, and one person (me generally did the work)
Not to mention that school was full of fucking deadbeats

Get a video game jigsaw puzzle, finish it and use tape to hold it together and put it on your wall, that's what I'm planning on doing with the Majora's Mask jigsaw puzzle I've been working on.
Woodglue would be miles better than tape.

Fellout + Texture packs + Flora Overhaul + Dynamic Weather = yes
i seriously hope that these types of mods make it to console (for fallout 4). if not i think i will build a PC.
They won't, the game is at it maximum performance on console, that why they typically look worse then their PC counterparts. So no, you won't see graphical mods.
