Yes but would a person/persons who are/were willing to carry out DDoS attacks be stupid enough to leave a path of breadcrumbs for you to trace that easy?

I mean that is just amateur.

It's like robbing a jewellery store with no gloves or mask.

I still can't believe you were going to blame "Rose".

A word from the wise is that you begin to differentiate "Rose" from other people. You simple minded creatures seem to get confused a lot.

Yeah. you have a point there, I'm sure whomever decided it was a good use of their time to DDoS some random forum was tactically sound in covering their tracks.

Again, don't know who 'Rose' is, don't care, I will tell you that due diligence will be done because I don't like cocky assholes who think they run shit, but in reality any kid can use LOIC. Time will tell how diligent they really were.

Also, whomever this Rose person is, I'm sure they appreciate you being on their nuts harder than crabs.

Speaking of annoying artsy films, this steaming pile of blank facial expressions is probably one of the few films that I dislike enough to consider it hatred.

Spoiler rant, if you really love this shit tier waste of cinematography then pls die.

Not only does this shitty film drag on for ages, but they kill off Hal from Malcolm in the Middle, Ron Pearlman (Hellboy and the Fallout Narrator) in stupid and sudden killings with no discernable purpose. I'm all for mindless violence but don't kill off hal while you do it. So after the tear inducing boredom of watching this phaggot in a terrible rip off of 'The Transporter' he bludgeons a guy to death in a lift for having a gun. If it was in the UK, it would make sense but in Yeehaw land, don't half of you carry Assault weapons in the street anyway? Then some more stupid moody one word sentences from this prat who was dropped on his head as a baby and the film ends in some more stupidity.

*ahem*

I really hate that crappy film.

(I still haven't got the hang of editing picture size, so apologies for the giant image of the brickwall)
what it's the Best movie ever!

._.

nou

I enjoyed this movie, for the gore.

Pertinent technical data will be fruitless or false of things such as TOR was used to access via the Deep Web.

Food for thought.

uh huh

Not that it's necessary to explain this to you, but unless a person using tor is behind a private exit node it is perfectly possible to trace back a user's origin through public nodes.

Well one of my terms was that you recognised that I am not Rose.

You failed to meet such terms and continue to think Rose is somehow behind the DDoS attack.

Mine of the other mistakes is believing US jurisdiction extends beyond that of its own borders in relation to DDoS attack. It would require a federal investigation and international cooperation in order for your little fantasy to ever occur.

And frankly I don't think any federal prosecutors would waste their time. But tell your little friend to keep on sending reports blaming "Rose" for the DDoS attack.

It highly amuses me.

I don't care who you are, or are not; and we don't know who was behind the attack yet. Carry on trolling in ignorance.

Any reports that will be sent will contain pertinent technical data, and nothing more. Speculation as to whom was behind the keyboard is not for me to worry about.

Quote
Eric Rosol was caught by federal authorities participating in a DDoS attack on a company owned by Koch Industry; for knocking a website offline for 15 minutes, Rosol got two years of probation and had to pay $183,000 in restitution (the amount Koch paid to a security consultant to protect its website ater the attack)."

Rose is still waiting for the FBI cyber crimes division to kick in his door, sentence him to minimum 3 years jail, and then you guys make a .gif about it.

Are you a founder?

You should be!

If so, how pumped are you for the first true 40k MMO?

i've been a Blood Angel loyalist for over a decade, and I really can't wait to get in as a Sanguinary Priest.

So good, discuss!

What happens when the offender is outside the jurisdiction of the US?

After all the legislation you provided is I fact US legislation...

Let's say Rose lives in another country. Do you think his host country would extradite him to the US for prosecution for a DDoS attack on this site?

No.

You children amuse me.

Depends on the country, and who's a child  to you again?

Apparently Nintendo decided that they wanted to make it so the 3DS is incompatible with universal power adapters in order to force people to buy different charger plugs for each region.

Because of this I'm going to have to wait until the closest GAME opens up in a couple hours so I can walk a 6 mile round trip just to be able to play some damn vidya.

Discuss Nintendos faggotry and other bullshit they're behind the times in ITT

I have to be honest, about 12 people in the world give a shit.

Gaming / Re: Anyone Here Buying A Collector's Edition Of Destiny?
« on: August 04, 2014, 12:05:24 AM »
I'll be purchasing the limited edition. I've been hearing a lot of good feedback from the beta so I decided it was go-time for making a decision. That's what I proceeded to do. Plus, I really wanted the in-game stuff like the red Ghost shell, Vanguard Armory, etc.

How about you guys?
Nope. I am probably going to wait for a used copy to pop up on eBay. I always bought the Legendary/Limited editions of the Halo games, but I am not as excited for Destiny as I was for Halo 3 or Reach.

Total opposite for me, I've been looking for a new MMO (something not played out) and this, so far, feels like what I've been looking for.
