After a few hours of toil I have stood up a local instance of au-to-do:  Once my client finishes a step I'll be able to deploy it on Google App Engine! Fairly new to working with Python, so this was a small victory for the ol' career. *starts spending money*

I'm watching Cold in July right now, and I'll be damned if Michael C. Hall doesn't have a mustache and mullet!  No idea what's going on in the movie, but his hair is keeping me locked in so far:  When a protective father meets a murderous ex-con, both need to deviate from the path they are on as they soon find themselves entangled in a downwards spiral of lies and violence while having to confront their own inner psyche.

What happens when you are caught DDoSing a site, affecting a hosts income by denying service to its users? Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)
Resource type: Glossary Item Status: Maintained Jurisdiction: USA
A federal criminal law (18 U.S.C. ? 1030) that makes unlawful certain computer-related activities involving the unauthorized access of:
- Any computer to obtain certain types of prohibited information.
- A protected computer, defined by the statute to include a computer:
used by or for the federal government or a financial institution; or
used in interstate or foreign commerce or communication.
Specifically, the CFAA prohibits:
Knowingly accessing a computer without authorization to obtain national security or other government-restricted data.
Intentionally accessing a computer without authorization to obtain certain information from:
a financial institution or consumer reporting agency;
the federal government; or
a protected computer.
Intentionally accessing and affecting the use of a government computer.
Knowingly accessing a protected computer to defraud and obtain anything of value.
Causing damages specified in the statute by knowingly transmitting harmful items or intentionally accessing a protected computer.
Knowingly trafficking in computer passwords.
Extortion involving threats to damage a protected computer.
CFAASentencing under CFAA is a bitch, depending upon the 'level' of the offense, as ruled by a judge, the sentences can range from >5 years to life. Right now it's a bit extreme, but when you are being attacked, it feels just I imagine. "For example Andrew "Weev" Auernheimer was sentenced to 41 months in prison for exposing a security hole on AT&T's servers that publicly revealed iPad users' email addresses. The court ruled that the "loss" to AT&T in his case was $73,000" CFAA Sentencing

Kids and Guns S01E01I'll be removing this soon, just FYI. The show takes a look at the controversial right to bear arms is at the centre of American culture. There is a massive divide int e country among parents with some are against the sale of toy guns whilst others are buying the children the real thing. Thoughts? Downloading it now.

Well? My question pertains to your raiding/pvp eperience/skill in mmos (traditional or otherwise.) If you have hardcore raiding/pvp grinding experience I want to hear from you. I intend to populate my clan with a small group of hardcore individuals who plan on taking on the toughest content Bungie can throw at us in Destiny and do it (hopefully) before anyone else. It's just been announced that matchmaking will be disabled for raids, so this is definitely going to favor hardcore clans for progression. What's hardcore? Time will tell what it takes to raid and pvp hardcore in Destiny, but you can figure 6 days a week 4+ hours a day. This is likely going to be a minimum requirement. Does any of this interest you?
