Bungie alienated us, so we alienated them, so fuck em. As far as I'm concerned, THIS IS the true Flood, because all the Floodians are HERE. However, if we don't do something to spur membership we are going to eventually wither out and die. Here we don't have the guaranteed flow of new members that we had on B.net, so unless we get together and become a large multi-game clan or something, we are going to die out.
Thats what the review things are for, its a step in the right direction, there has also been talk of Lets Plays, but its a bit too soon for that. We would need some organization and dedicated people to keep it going.
I believe that we should set up and maintain Floodian servers across various games. Since we are still a relatively large and highly active community, we have the numbers that could pull it off to make the servers populated enough that we get a constant flow of new members. We need to become our own independent and self-sustaining community rather than just an upstart from Bungie.
Its not a bad idea, the only thing with that his having enough people with the ability to sustain it, you know with the proper hardware for PC gaming and the like. Heck we have a youtube channel thats not in use at the moment, someone or some people could use it to draw attention.
I just sent AngryBrute a message asking him to join.
For those that do not know AngryBrute does a lot of reviews and he has his own YouTube channel.
Would he be willing to do reviews for our channel, even though he has his own?
Doubt it, but if he makes this his main site for reviews then he will probably link it in his videos.
Baby steps I guess, until someone is willing to upload content to the Sep7agon channel.
On that note, we should probably think about having a presence on Facebook as well. Facebook pages show up fantastic in Google searches, and it adds another link back to the forum.

It's really in a sad state. I went there today, it's a circle jerk between the most cringy members there and this one faggot that pretends to be suicidal.
I wish we would all go back. I like it here, but I wish you guys would visit there and make threads too. It's just horrible now. It really does make me sad, because The Flood was like my internet home. I'm glad we all came here at least. But it's still sad.
I visit there every now and then, it really is just some of the old fomans going about trying to act like there is no issue. Then a bunch of people that have migrated there to avoid all the #Destiny talk, its not so much a forum as it is a shelter.

You do realize that this problem is related to the massive influx of people coming to the site because of Destiny, its not like before, they are coming in by the masses, the mods can't keep up with them. Bungie will continue to cater to their new fanbase, not us.
