I meant nothing negative towards him, he has always been a great mod on there. I am just saying that if he tried a different approach then maybe certain individuals would stop giving him problems on there, which they do because I have seen it. When I was a Bouncer he did the "Strike 1" thing to me, and it just pissed me off. It makes it feel like they are asserting their authority over you, which is going to annoy people. I am just trying to help, sorry if I am going about it the wrong way.
Its fine, I can see it, he's just been on edge today is all.

No denying that. Instead of just giving them strikes and then muting them when they continue the shit though, you should try talking to them, even through PMs on here if you do not want it to be an argument publicly in the chat. Muting or banning them just makes them come here and complain, and should be used last if you are absolutely not able to talk to them or make them stop. I have known them for a while though, and they will be reasonable if you act reasonable with them.

I was not there, but you have done that before. You should not just keep promoting your friends, that is why I thought you made Korra a mod, but you said Yutaka or Cheat did, I could not remember.
