I still can't download Mass Effect because my preview program status is still "pending". How the fuck are you able to download them even though I've had the preview program longer?
mine still says pending lol i had an update when I turned my xbone on before, put my mass effect disk in after the update, it downloads mass effect, and it works... so yeah, i'm still pending but it works.

i don't have gold so i can't copy my saves from the 360 as you need gold to use the cloud storage
