im interested in what they do with botw's sequel

i feel like it's gonna get the majora's mask treatment. just build off on the previous game

i totally understand if they do, im sure they spent years working on botw's engine and world and stuff

just a few weeks before, it was constantly raining

and now the past day or two it's been 100 degrees, and it's only gonna get worse from here

california is awesome isnt it

hows it on your side? are you dying from the heat as well?

i battled against ultra necrozma. ive heard it’s a difficult fight and i woulda lost too, if it wasnt for some lucky paralysis

finding the legendary birds was cool and hearing the classic encounter theme was awesome... until i spent 20 min chucking ball after ball. ahh good ol 3 catch rate

ive clocked almost 70 hours, and i finally finished all the trials... what fun this game has been

but theres still much to be done

and in other news

i lost against guzma the first time around in aether paradise.

i also lost against lusamine but i guess they expected you to lose

i dont think these games deserve to be called piss easy,  ive had plenty of tough and/or  exhilarating battles

or maybe im just bad

You know I've played tons of racing games over the years but this one especially is tough as balls, and I'm playing on Standard

ive never been good at racing games in general

i only played f zero as a kid, and i always remember falling off a lot of the time

the sheep pokemon is cute, i wonder what it evolves into

dynamaxing immediately reminded of godzilla. fitting

those raid battles are kinda cool, im glad theyre still be influenced by Go

the legendaries kinda left a lot to be desired, but i prefer shield's. it's kinda lame how they just slapped a sword into its mouth

but overall the game looks gorgeous and im pretty excited

with the recent announcement of pokemon home, i kinda wished they made pokemon Bank free now. the 3ds games are basically obsolete now soo why not

i used to have it but i dont wanna spend $5 because im poor

either way, i think ima try to complete the alolan pokedex in UM. i was, like, 10 pokemon away from completeing it in Moon, and yes it would make sense to just go back to it... but i dont wanna
every time i tell myself i'm gonna complete the dex, i always crash and burn on some random time-sensitive gamestop event and give up because i'm not about to go to gamestop for that

what's your main team looking like

true, but i dont count the mythical pokes from events

ive completed the whole national dex in Y, so the alolan pokedex shouldnt be a hassle at all

team

i dont really care for natures and IVs and all that, so it's not the best team ever

to be honest, noibat is kinda falling behind, she gets KO'ed pretty easily but i thought itd be intresting to have a small challenge

ya know, im really glad they did away w/ HMs in gen vii (i havent played Lets Go but ive read HMs dont exist in those either?)

before i bought UM, i was actually gonna replay X. it was a pain having to build my team AROUND the HMs, as i didnt wanna use any hm slaves

now, in um i didnt have to worry about that at all and and chose any pokemon id like

my point is, i hope they stick w/ it in sword & shield. and if diamond & pearl remakes ever happen, they shouldnt force HMs. if i recall correctly, sinnoh had so many HMs you needed at least 2 HM slaves?

so i ended up watching the first episode

uhh it’s alright so far
Hell yes, what did you think?

It just gets better btw, as it builds continuity and develops characters. It has a very patient pace, so don't let that turn you off of it.

how fitting you responded now, i literally just finished the show earlier today

and yeah it did get better. by the end i liked the world and, like, mysteries each episode brought

i wouldnt mind seeing a season 2
