So much for "native" backwards compatibility.
They have to get permission from the dev and game companies and everything to have it on X1. Which is why you can't just put in any 360 game you want.
The 360 wasn't even completely BC. It was they same, only 100 or so Xbox games that could be played on the 360.
When you say that something works "natively" it is generally expected for it to work without any input or tweaking. If they need to have the devs permission, it sounds more like a porting program than proper backwards compatibility.
