this happened with jay, when she came and requested that her name not be used here even though she wasn't going to use the site we obliged and changed the name of the alt that was using it

I don't know if you meant this as a serious question for help or just a rhetorical one, but I'll try to help either way.
-Don't go into debates putting out controversial statements only to say you don't want to discuss it, or try to use memes in otherwise serious debates.
-Don't do big stupid stuff like spoiling movies and whatever went down in the Skype chat (it seems you regret these but still)
-Don't play the victim card at slight aggressions. No one is met entirely by niceness on the Internet, and a strong reaction makes trolls continue. Don't feed them. If you're insulted, ignore it or play it off. Bullies like an easy target.
-Kind of the same point, but don't take things so seriously. I've seen you proclaim people as your Arch enemies here. If you do that, they're unlikely to ever leave you alone.
