Although I do have some ethical motivation, my main reasons for trying vegetarian is due to it being more ecological and healthy.

You still shouldn't be doing a diet which is cutting things out without researching how to do it correctly.
Well I haven't written an essay. Basically everything found in meat can also be found in plants and dairy, except B12. Some milk substitutes have it added, but if I'm serious about this I might buy B12 pills.

We weren't talking about the objectivivity of the statements though, we were talking about why people in general aren't fond of vegans. If you only tell people to fuck off instead of to please go away them you're going to be disliked by other people.
