It seems fairly nice. It has a complete kitchen, where other student apartments has only has kitchenettes (google translate told me that's the correct word). It's fully furnished as well. If I accept, I won't have to deal with queuing for apartments that two dozen other people want as well. However, the contract starts about a month before the term, and about two weeks before I can even be there. Spoiler My mom has said that she'll help me with the first rent and such though, before the student grants start rolling in and I can pay for it myself. They want an answer soon (like, before Monday).

For those of you unaware of Project Ascension, it was started back when Valve and Bethesda tried to introduce paid mods on Steam. This led many to lose faith in Steam, or a t the very least take a step back from the whole worship deal. Some wanted to stop supporting Steam, but felt too locked into the system. After some discussion in the community an idea was formed. An idea of a software client unifying several different storefronts, making it easier to use several different digital game distribution platforms while still having one seamless experience. Now the first official video mockup of the UI has arrived.
