Scouting and evaluations of the pre-war city of Ogden have been completed and it's advised that colonizing the area and bringing it under New Canaan can begin immediately. 800 citizens and 150 militia members will make the journey north to establish the settlement. Will be finished by next page
Talks have concluded with the surrounding areas of New Jerusalem and it's decided that the tribals and small communities will join Canaan in order to bring a prosperous future for everybody, thus increasing the size of the fledgling nation
New Canaan, confident in it's strength, begins annexation of the remaining area of Utah not under Legion control. Expect this to do done by page 37

I'll just be New Canaan and just keep to myself more then In an alternative setting, the people of New Jerusalem were able to fight back the angry tribals and raiders as the people of this small, prosperous community wanted to keep isolated from the outside world. With the enemy defeated, New Jerusalem learned their mistakes and became more opened and thus begins working out it's differences with the surrounding peoples
