Degree is Administration of Justice
How law oriented is it?
It's a 66 credit degree with 24 of it focusing on the actual law part, not English, humanities, science, and that stuff

So it's pretty law oriented in relating to law enforcement and the court system. Here's the courses:

ADJ 105
Juvenile Justice System
Presents the evolution, philosophy, structures and processes of the American juvenile delinquency system; surveys the rights of juveniles, dispositional alternatives, rehabilitation methods and current trends.

ADJ 110
Intro Law Enforcement
3.00
Studies the philosophy and history of law enforcement, presenting an overview of the crime problem and policy response issues. Surveys the jurisdictions and organizations of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Examines the qualification requirements and career opportunities in the law enforcement profession.

ADJ 111
Law Enforcement Organization & Administration I
Teaches the principles of organization and administration of law enforcement agencies. Studies the management of line operations, staff and auxiliary services, investigative and juvenile units. Introduces the concept of data processing; examines policies, procedures, rules, and regulations pertaining to crime prevention. Surveys concepts of protection of life and property, detection of offenses, and apprehension of offenders.

ADJ 140
Introduction to Corrections
ocuses on societal responses to the offender. Traces the evolution of practices based on philosophies of retribution, deterrence, and rehabilitation. Reviews contemporary correctional activities and their relationships to other aspects of the criminal justice system.

ADJ 201
Criminology
Studies current and historical data pertaining to criminal and other deviant behavior. Examines theories that explain crime and criminal behavior in human society.

ADJ 211
Criminal Law Evidence & Procedures I
Teaches the elements of proof for major and common crimes and the legal classification of offenses. Studies the kinds, degrees and admissibility of evidence and its presentation in criminal proceedings with emphasis on legal guidelines for methods and techniques of evidence acquisition. Surveys the procedural requirements from arrest to final disposition in the various American court systems with focus on the Virginia jurisdiction.

ADJ 212
Criminal Law Evidence & Procedures II
Teaches the elements of proof for major and common crimes and the legal classification of offenses. Studies the kinds, degrees and admissibility of evidence and its presentation in criminal proceedings with emphasis on legal guidelines for methods and techniques of evidence acquisition. Surveys the procedural requirements from arrest to final disposition in the various American court systems with focus on the Virginia jurisdiction.

ADJ 236
Principal Criminal Investigations
Surveys the fundamentals of criminal investigation procedures and techniques. Examines crime scene search, collecting, handling and preserving of evidence.

High school graduate with an average GPA

Currently working towards associates degree and on the Deans List (I'm doing far more better academically in college)

Degree is Administration of Justice and aim to work for a local police department. Great situation because the V.A is covering all my educational costs, police departments will hire a person with a degree, and I'll make more money for having a degree. I'm set for life basically and couldn't be any more happier, especially because I've always wanted to be a cop

Hedgehog is the only answer
They're hard to maintain.

If you don't want a snake Kiyo, get a sugar glider. :3
I had one before and it was rather easy. Just gotta basically do the same thing with any other caged animal; clean it's cage like every week, feed it, make sure it has a cage large enough to roam around a bit, and let it out around the room for a few hours. They're also nocturnal so it would possibly work with Kiyo's sleeping problems

Tell her that protection doesn't fully rid the possibilities of contracting an STD

Oh, and irrelevant to the the thread but did she ever go on a whole "I'm sorry and sobbing" type of deal when she confessed? If she did, why wasn't she crying or saying sorry when she was with another guy? You just need to get away from her; she's not worth you or your children's time and she will only be an anchor holding you back

You're forgetting a key element here. Destiny doesn't thrive on the more mature and decent gamers. It's founded on thousands of 9 year old Desticles who will gladly chug down whatever shit Deej feeds them. They'll probably keep things alive for several years longer.
Well, the game is rated T
#Destiny would suggest otherwise.
#Destiny is an accredited forum for Autism Speaks

ITT: Kinder and Class being factually wrong together and trying too hard to get their non-argument across.
Not being wrong. If somebody is going to use the persona of a well-known forum user then that's impersonation. It's not about the name being owned, it's about the persona and reputation associated with that name being stolen from the person who established it

If somebody were to go back on b.net and make a Noel Kannagi account with the avatar you use then they will be impersonating you because you established a reputation and persona with that name. People will then just assume it is you and whatever they post, they will think you posted it

I've been to Virginia, not the prettiest state.

Nope, Silent Bob is an alt of the user Blonic, somebody who does not even post here and only gives a shit about this place when somebody is supposedly "impersonating" an alt that cannot even be impersonated in the first place because it is a character from a form of media. Blonic is the user, he is not known as Silent Bob.
You know that Blonic is a character too, right? And because he posts on his SB account way more than Blonic, you could argue that Blonic has effectively become his alt.
Lol, was just about to post that basically. Blonic also posted in Vien's thread so he's here on the site and that S.B account can get banned now

It's the online persona being impersonated
This. "Silent Bob" may be a character, but he's also a well-known user, and faces the same damage of being impersonated that any other user does.
It is an alt, using a character name, something you cannot claim ownership to.
I can't claim ownership over the name "SecondClass", either. That's not the point. No matter where you get it from, your forum name is your online identity. If you're well-known to be posting under the name of a certain character, then someone intentionally uses that character name to impersonate you, that should be banworthy.
You got it

It's the same if somebody basically stole your identity and pretends to be you. It's not claiming ownership of a name in the sense of it being copyrighted, but claiming ownership that it's who you are on the internet; it's different. And to put it out there, Silent Bob account is a parody and falls under Fair Use laws
