It sounds like the story in Spain, though. I am starting to think there's some sort of plot. Maybe a pharmaceutical company paying them to spread it... Just to sell the potential cure?

It was originally one person in Texas, but a nurse broke protocol, got infected, then took a plane to Connecticut.
Notice that as soon as those two Americans got it, we became so concerned and decided to create a vaccine

There's far more important things to focus on. Why the federal government is even concerned about this is beyond me. It's another power that's not given to the feds in the Constitution and something that states can do themselves

You do realize a government -should be- capable of doing more than one thing?

We aren't allocating a chunk of time to one issue before moving onto the next.
That's why it focuses on actual important issues, such as ISIS, Ebola, and personal privacy

One of these three is not like the others.
It actually is. Violation of privacy is equally as bad as regulating speech in a public place or not giving due process to an American-born who fights for a terrorist organization and is targeted and killed on purpose. Violation of the Constitution is a VERY serious issue and trying to say it's not a big deal is what gives politicians the push to constantly disregard it

Republicans are retarded as hell. Of course, I hate both political parties, the two party system made voting for president in this country a joke a long time ago.
fix'd

State and local issues still matter a lot, and affect you more directly. Voting still matters.
State is on the bordering of being just as pointless. People in places like California and Alabama won't have their voices heard and won't be able to influence shit. Best political party is the Libertarian because it combines issues on both sides and actually represents the people

Did he do this while on a golfing trip?
Yawn.

You know Obama has taken some of the fewest vacation days in Presidential history, right?
Your point? No president should be gone when an important national/international event happens. That includes Bush not going to New Orleans during Katrina and Obama being gone during the journalist beheading, Ferguson protests, and the funeral of the only general killed in Afghanistan

« on: October 16, 2014, 11:24:45 AM »
Yeah, yeah, Russia and eastern front, I know. The U.S still did a shit ton of work in the war. It opened up a front in the west part of Europe, caused Italy to surrender, aided in the African campaign, and basically fought the Pacific Theater all by it's self. Russia lost a lot of people but that's because their "strategy: was to just equip every single citizen and have them just rush in and win by numbers

Serious / Re: White Privilege
« on: October 16, 2014, 08:53:41 AM »
White Privilege is the poorest excuse of laziness I've ever seen

If it was actually real, then ONLY whites would get high paying jobs and be  upper class. That's not the case because there's plenty of blacks, hispanics, asians, etc that have done so. Know why? Because they don't sit and complain with this damn victim complex that somehow something that happened centuries ago is affecting them. News Flash: Irish were made slaves in the Americas, Irish faced the same amount of discrimination against blacks, and around 1.5 million whites were enslaved in Africa.

If you want to make it big and experience the American Dream then get off your lazy ass and do something. Don't sit around with a thumb up your ass and expect people to treat you special. Ever hear the term "from rags to riches"? That is a result of poor European immigrants coming to America, working their hardest, and eventually became the Captains of Industry that we know of today

On top of that, saying somebody is privileged IS the very definition of judging a book by it's cover. How the fuck do you even know what a person's background is? There are whites who grow up in poverty and never get out of it while there are blacks who come from prestigious backgrounds and live a life a luxury. So try and tell me the poor white kid is somehow privileged and the black kid isn't

Get all hissy-pissy at me but this is the damn truth

Domestic violence is an issue that has gained traction over the past decades and has made it's way into the average American home through the medium known as media. But in reality, how much of an issue is domestic violence? In the truth of all manners domestic violence is an over-hyped concept that goes against the natural biological concept of male patriarchy. Men have the obligation to provide for their families, such as working a corporate job, paying the bills, and having to keep the family in check. The role of women on the other hand is relatively defined by one simple aspect: The kitchen. When a women neglects their duties of preparing lunches, it should be expected that a man strike his wife for a mistake she should have never made.

There's a lot of floodians and maybe a few sep7agonians that live in Virginia. Closest three that come to mind are Capiton Render, Madness Reborn and infiltrator. I think Comet and Korra live here also lol. But I've never met any though; oh well haha
I thought Korra was a canuck...
