You can blame the Republicans and Democrats on having a monopoly on the political landscape. If the Libertarians could run for office without these restrictions, then they would have control of the government and the mainstream parties know this Just because Libertarians are not in office, doesn't mean their opinions can't spread. In fact, many Libertarians run as Republicans in order to have a better chance at winning. Look at former governor Gary Johnson and Senator Ron Paul

Let me reiterate that ADS/zoom in is a simple Spartan Ability, meaning not everybody will have it and those that will use it are your snipers and people who heavy rely on distant kills. It's a small boost that helps them, and nothing more major than that
Ground Pound and the other abilities play along to specific play styles. 343 has a very well-known competitive Halo player (Bravo) as an employee and I'm sure he has put in input on how to give the game a fresh feel while still having a balanced core

Just watched some gameplay. Like, what the fuck is everybody crying about?
I'm guessing most of them jumped on the hate bandwagon early on and wouldn't have got off regardless of what they saw.
Or maybe... We're all just incredibly concerned that the devs are making such a departure from what made Halo good? The answer isn't always "DURHUR FANBOYS".
And 343 still utilizes what makes Halo, Halo: A skilled arena shooter. But at the same time they're progressing the series and adding changes here and there to give boosts to people that play a certain way
