So, Unity is shit...which surprises nobody.
Except it isn't. Aside form the occasional framrate hiccup, Unity is probably one of the best AC titles I've played. Combat is challenging, customization is detailed, and the open-ended concept to missions is fantastic

Hehe nice <.<
You don't have to jump through as many loopholes in bongistan, one of our consumer trading laws entitles you to refunds on all digital goods iirc <.<
I doubt it works for stuff like microtransactions but if you have been ripped off by a game on steam/PSN/XBL you can get a refund through it.
So basically if you have a no-life and beat a game like in 4 days, you can just return it for a full refund? Sorry, but to me that's ripping off companies and basically stealing

As much of a much libertarian guy that I am this is just one those things that I don't give a shit about. Am I honestly supposed to care if the government is digging through the mounds of sexts that I've sent my girlfriends?
Yes, you should. If the government is going to violate one law and people don't give a shit then they'll break others

Why does country matter? Or is this just you hating any country outside America again?
Maybe because Ubisoft makes you pick a country and since I'm creating the group, it would make sense to pick the U.S?

U.S government for $500
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Don't know if it has been made yet, but their is club feature in Unity and is like a clan system. Up to 50 people can join one and people can play co-op missions and free-roam with each other. So I decided to make one and Xbox One (Kinder) Club Name: Sep7agon Cub Tag: Sep7 Country : United States Favorite Social Activity: Club Activities Creed: Immersion PS4 (Not yet created)
You can either make a search for the group to join or message me via xbox (GT is on my profile) telling me you are on the site and that you added me. This way I can just send an invite for you to join If somebody wants to make a group for the PS4 version, just reply to this thread and go by the same name, tag, etc as I did for the XB1 But decided this would be a great idea for people to play with each other and complete co-op missions to get more rewards

I don't see what's so bad about micro-transactions. Not like you have to do it in order to get a specific weapon or they purposely left out parts of the game so you would have to buy it. Plus you're not being forced to either. I don't do them, but there's people out there who have nothing better to spend and would like a cool piece of equipment
Ubisoft has acknowledge performance issues and are planning an update to fix the problem. I think Ubisoft was trying to toot their horn by placing almost a thousand (what it feels like) NPCs at the screen but it kinda bit them in the back. I applaud them for trying and pushing the limits of what can appear but they could have done it a bit better. However, the large crowds make Paris feel alive and gives the player a sense of immolation

Well, he is. At least according to a leak from a person on the grand jury
Mistrial'd
Nope
A judge may cancel a trial prior to the return of a verdict; legal parlance designates this as a mistrial. Key term is PRIOR. How can a person say there would be no indictment if the decision wasn't made yet? Plus, the grand jury isn't a trial, as it's in actuality a probable cause hearing between the judge, a jury, and the prosecutor. The jury goes over the evidence laid out by the prosecutor and decide if there's enough to indicate probable cause was established.
So what we have here is that there was no probable cause the officer acted on a racial bias OR the story of the friend is correct. On top of that, a forensic report backs up the story of the police department
I could be wrong, but was he referring to the trial being buggered because of the leaks?
He was, I suppose, although the grand jury is not a trial. No indictment means that the case won't move forward as their's a lack of evidence to show what the prosecutors are trying to push for. Purpose of grand juries is to find sufficient evidence and probable cause exists
Ah right <.<
Either way, I don't see the outcome of the trial(s?) resulting in peaceful harmony. Either the cop is guilty and people go ballistic with righteous cause, or the cop is found innocent and then claims of a rigged system cause them to kick off.
*sigh*
Not guilty* Only two verdicts exist: guilty and not guilty. Not guilty isn't the same as innocent, it means there was lack of evidence to put somebody as guilty. A person charged for murder could have very well done it, but if the jury doesn't buy the evidence presented then they will give him a not guilty verdict You see, the people who will continue riot after he won't be indicted are the ones who say the system is corrupt. In a VERY ironic manner, if the grand jury knew for sure he the officer wasn't guilty of a crime but did indict him, then that would be the justice system being corrupt. You can't send a person to trial who can't be placed as the offender Forensic results have concluded that the department's and officer's story is the correct version as finger prints, blood, and gun residue were found in the squad car, belonging to the kid that was shot. That shows a physical altercation happened in the car, the kid most likely was reaching for the gun, and the officer drew his weapon and fired

Schools are NOT the parent nor is it their responsibility to act like one. I don't care what people say. Schools are meant for education and whatever happens outside of that zone is not the business of the school and the lives of children are to be regulated by their actual parents

In a democratic society where legislation should be a direct extension of the will of the people via elections,
Ok. Now how about in America?
The same, because that's what America is.
I hardly call much of the legislation coming out of the federal government a direct extension of the will of the people.
But Icy, people WANT lower taxes

With out it, a judge can basically flaunt his/her political and social prejudice and beliefs and deliver a verdict that would be considered unfair

Restraint, easily.
Jurors are picked based on the ability of placing behind their opinions in order to listen to a case and make a decision based on the evidence solely presented in court. Best example is the Kasey Anthony trial; everybody has heard of her but the jury was able to set aside their thoughts (many of which though she was guilty), but delivered a not guilty because the evidence provided by the state didn't confirm her role in criminally neglect homicide, because no criminal motive could be established
If we hold the jury to this idea of restraint, then we best as hell hold judges to them. With out it, a judge can basically flaunt his/her political and social prejudice and beliefs and deliver a verdict that would be considered unfair
