No it's not
It really is though. The same exact thing every year, just like Call of Duty.

Climb building, stab guard, climb higher, scan area, jump into haystack, run around, climb more shit, assassinate a guy, climb more stuff to escape guards, climb more, stab guard, climb higher, scan area, jump into haystack
So is Halo just the same? kill person, kill person, pickup ability, kill person, kill person, die, re-spawn, die, kill person, fight teamate over sniper rifle, lag, black screen of death, re-spawn

Assassins Creed has made multiple changes, tweaks, upgrades, and additions since the first title and thus adding a new feel to the game

Games that have annual releases are bad.
Not if they're done right. If it has a good story, decent amount of changes/additions, etc then there should be nothing to complain about. Every company should have at least one annual release, so they can generate revenue to pay staff and work on new IPs
Assassin's Creed is boring as hell though.
No it's not

Kid Arested over Joke on Facebook (Keep in mind the woman who reported it was fucking stalking him) And somehow he's still not out of jail
http://www.cnn.com/2013/07/02/tech/social-media/facebook-threat-carter/

Officer was serving a warrant and somebody opened the door with what appeared to be a gun. It's bad the kid died, but serving a warrant is a dangerous thing to do and has the possibility of somebody coming to the door with an actual gun

Undercover cop heard the group talking about getting a gun and he alerted his team. Something was said, but the group were in the car and struck an officer where another thought one of the passengers was reaching for a gun, based on the initial discussion of getting a gun

Well for one, sarcasm isn't expressed over the internet as in real life. Secondly, if I saw somebody post they were going to shoot a school up then I'd call it in as a possible terrorist threat myself; certain thing s you don't say online, especially when other people can see it and don't know you

Somebody died in his choke hold?
Yeah, that guy. It became excessive once he was on the ground
Doesn't the NYPD outright prohibit choke holds to restrain someone?
Looking it up, it seems so but not sure if any changes have been made

The Flood / Re: If marijuana was legal, would you try it?
« on: December 03, 2014, 01:59:38 PM »
I live in Colorado.

I have not tried it and have no real desire to.
Did you notice any changes in CO after it was legalized? It seems to be turning a good profit for the government.
No noticeable changes for me. I was also gone for all of 2012 and 2013 though, it became legal for recreational use in January of 2014. I believe crime has dropped a bit, and it has created a lot of revenue for the state's government as you said. I believe they planned on using that money for education.

http://abcnews.go.com/US/nypd-officer-indicted-eric-garner-choke-hold-death/story?id=27341079

Quote
A grand jury in Staten Island has decided not indict New York City Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo in relation to the death of Eric Garner, a man that Pantaleo was seen on video putting in an apparent choke hold in July, according to city officials and lawyers for Garner's family.

The grand jury's decision means that there will not be criminal charges in the case but NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said earlier today that there may be up to three other investigations into the incident that could lead to civil or federal charges.

The grand jury was made up of 23 residents of Staten Island and led by a foreperson. A decision required a majority of the jury -- meaning at least 12 people.

Pantaleo, 29, and his police partner, Justin D'Amico, testified in front of the jury. D'Amico appeared only after being granted immunity from prosecution.

The officer also has a series of record issues, unlike Officer Wilson who had a clean background and wasn't racially motivated. New York's finest, am I right?

Mr. Pantaleo has faced two prior lawsuits for false arrest, unlawful imprisonment, civil rights violations and other charges. One of those suits was dismissed while the other is still pending.
