nope nope nope

The ends simply don't justify the means. Violation of the law and a person's privacy is never right
Do you feel the same way about fingerprint collection?
Yes

If the government doesn't have a legal reason to collect a person's information, then they can't do it. There's obviously work arounds to this, such as retrieving a straw thrown away or lifting a print from a door knob, but you can't directly take a person's information without legal justification

I have never seen it. You said episode 6, so it is a series, not a movie?
How could you of all people not seen such an amazing movie?!

It's a mini-series consisting of 10 "episodes" that are over an hour long, but all are connected; stay with the same cast and characters you meet, unless if some die and that stuff.

Easily one, if not, the best screen adaption of a war film

My parents, well mom, has been pestering me for a list so gave her some game ideas, a few blu-ray movies, metal detector, and a few other things

Why a metal detector?
Something different, and it would be cool to take it out to the woods or beach and possibly dig up stuff. I live in Virginia so bound to find something historical if I look hard enough

The Flood / Re: Why aren't there any black super heroes?
« on: December 04, 2014, 05:18:27 PM »
Because most of the known comics were made during times of racial segregation and to portray a black as being superhuman would give them ideas. Well, that's how I imagine it to be; have to look around to find black super heroes

Putting my mom in jail wouldn't have helped the situation.
If she was caught abusing you at an early age, she being behind bars would have prevented her from continuing the abuse. But she we not put murderers behind bar, despite them from already committing the crime?

Yeah, and hunting is wrong, too.

I'm sorry, the only way you're gonna show me how veganism is wrong is if you show me why killing animals for selfish reasons is okay. Something tells me both those articles don't cover that.

Health concerns are pretty irrelevant. It's just the right thing to do.
smh

You realize you wouldn't be alive if our paleolithic ancestors never hunted. Are you calling them selfish for wanting to survive? We have teeth and the ability to metabolize meat for a reason, because it's natures way of population control

Simply putting, hunting IS conservation

Have you fucking scene Ferguson? I would sure as well want to be armored up; the FBI arrested two individuals trying to detonate bombs over there
Police shouldn't have to be armored up. If the situation is as such, there's a reason the national guard exists. Let them deal with it.
Posse Comitatus
..pardon me?
Law passed after Reconstruction that prevents the military from enforcing civilian law

Which is a stupid law.
Nope

People talk big about the police state, yet having a non-civilian agency enforce civilian laws is what a police state is. It's like the CIA conducting domestic spying, that's not their job; their job is foreign intelligence. It's also like a non-arresting authority, again the CIA, conducting an arrest

Yeah, because you'rd free to rob and destroy property. If these protests were peaceful then it would have a very different response

Let me ask - what were your thoughts on the Ukrainian protests?

You know - pre-Civil War.
However, these are seperate; in Ukraine we saw obvious government corruption so there was a basis for protesting. Ferguson is a pathetic excuse just to steal and destroy property as the grand jury fkund Wilson to be not guilty and this no basis for a criminal action. Notice how his record was never brought up, because he never had a problem which shows no racial bbaud. He also never used his weapon before

Bolded and underlined one part.

Yes, the protests center on the Michael Brown case - but these protests are not just about a lack of indictment (You may think of it as such), but it is also about a blatant lack of trust between minority communities across the country, and the police officers that are supposed to be protecting them.

Hell, you're seeing it in New York City now with that lack of indictment.
That BY case is something to be upset about. The officer did have a dirty record and it was caught on film that what he did was wrong

Watch the ABC interview with Wilson and you can tell through his sppech and appearance that he wasn''t out to do anything wrong. He has been patrolling the worst part of Ferguson and has had no issues with the public

Please don't try and start a flame war in here.
That's hardly starting a flame war.
You entered my thread and instead of discussing the topic you posted "Top Kek"

Don't derail my thread
Again that's not flaming nor derailing. Now stop crying over spilt milk.
That IS derailing, flaming, and instigating a situation that will end this thread being locked
