Is there a way to get Symbol of Avarice if I've killed every mimic, but didn't get one? Figures the one time I need it for covenant item farming, it doesn't drop.
Warp to another area. Then head back to the location where you killed the last mimic. Rinse and repeat if it doesn't show up. Eventually the drop will appear.
Hope the mimic in the ringed city counts, don't remember the one I killed last before that Huh it just worked after 3 warps, thanks a bunch, don't have to try and trade for one now

I do sometimes, if it's a movie none of my friends want to see. Don't see anything wrong with it

haven't played any of the games she talked about except Half-Life 2, so I can't really comment on those--but I've played Breath of the Wild, and a lot of people have had issues with the horses in that game, because they don't always do what you want them to do.
I actually like that, though, because it's true to life. You don't have complete control over your horse because the horse is a living being of its own. Something like that can only be as annoying insofar as you allow it to be, in my eyes.
Don't the horses in BotW control better if you stick with the same one so it trusts you though? Haven't played it, but that's what I just read to see what you were talking about. Trico not listening doesn't seem intentional, just improper command recognition by the game. You could still argue the same point against that though, but I feel like BotW is a better example of how to do something like that.

I'm not sure I understand her point about control, in regards to orders issued being obeyed without hesitation or doubt. It's a video game, you need to be able to control it to play it. So I don't think that's a problem, just that they don't do anything outside of what they're told to do.
I haven't played Bioshock Infinite, but it seems like Elizabeth could do more with the time powers, unless there's some explanation about only using it sparingly or in particular spots. I haven't seen much gameplay, but I'm kinda getting the vibe that the time warping stuff only happens sparingly in scripted encounters rather than being a mechanic of the game.
Also I thought people complained about Trico not listening to them in the Last Guardian. I haven't played it, but I saw some gameplay, and he would often just jump in completely the wrong direction people told him to, sounds annoying to me.

I like the setting, but a bigger map is just gonna mean more fragment things to pick up. Hopefully the emphasis on exploration also applies to the assassinations as well, let you do it how you want.
Though the fact that the character has a shield on his back worries me that they're gonna put more focus on combat, should be a stealth game first, with a combat system to help you get away or as a last resort.

Didn't realise Spear of the Church boss would be a player. Neat idea, but I think I'll just fight it offline instead of attempting that again. It's bad enough when I try to pvp regularly on my connection, let alone against someone with a boss healthbar

A lot of the jokes fell really flat though, and several were really drawn out - the one with the opening credits and the Bomb one both went on for too long, and I don't think I saw anyone in the screening actually laughing at them.
Yeah that Groot intro dancing was painfully long, but it'll make all the fans buy the Dancing Groot Funko Pop Mk. II. And the bomb scene has the same problem as a lot of the jokes, where the characters are just loudly exclaiming how wacky and zany their current situation is. I liked Ego and those ridiculously pompous gold people though.

Why do people like the Friede & Ariandel fight, it's so annoying and uninteresting.
The first phase is alright, not really hard unless it takes you a while to figure out you can just rush her while invisible, like what happened to me.
Second phase is honestly one of the most boring Dark Souls boss I've fought. Ariandel just slams his bowl diagonally across the arena, and Friede just spams the one ice trail attack over and over and over. It's about as interesting as that congregation boss in Dark Souls 2.
And then the third phase is just the first with some dark magic explosions. I don't really have a problem with the third phase, but getting to it is pretty boring.

Why do so many people have problems against the Demon Prince? It's probably the easiest boss in the game once you have any idea of what you are doing/
I think depending on which one you kill first in the double fight, he has a different moveset as the Demon Prince

How expensive are they?
Between $20 to $40 AU where I live, and that's just the normal ones. The ones they deliberately make less of so they're rare can cost $100's

Not a fan of the style. Don't understand why they cost so much.
Also don't understand people's need to collect entire lines of them, they'll buy the character's they don't really care for just to have the complete wave

Is that the Grey Warden Lone Wolf Warden Squad of Wolves, the wolf unit led by Grey Warden the wolf squad leader?

just kill me already
Damn. Slower than 75% of AU. No chance of an upgrade?
No I've checked, I apparently live in some kind of internet crater. I'm in the middle of 3 more populated areas, and it seems they laid all the important cables between them in a triangle, missing me completely
