I liked it

It was okay. Just shouldn't have been called WWZ.

The sad thing is, that is all the film boils down to.

Until the Battle of the Five Armies!

I can't wait, though I'm just skeptical especially considering Desolation of Smaug.

Book spoilers and potential film spoilers
Spoiler
If they don't kill off thorin, fili and kili, I will be pissed. That sort of is what brings about the undertone of the book for me; the true heirs to durin all die when they finally get what they have been waiting their entire lives for.
This one looks better than the desolation of smaug

It has Legolas and (Whatever the fuck she was called) in it. I'm skeptical. I hope they don't do what I fear in the spoiler and kili and (Elf) end up being all happy and lovey at the end.

Also would be cool if they show Balin going into Moria at the end.

Bongs have to wear wool sweaters to school
No wonder you guys grow up with no fashion sense.
No we don't have to wear woolly jumpers.

True fact:

Schools that don't wear uniform are laughed at by uniform-wearing schools, I don't think i've ever seen a school here not have mandatory uniform below College. Even us state school poor kids

Yeah. Generally because the kids who go there are the ones who walk round in full tracksuits. Full on chavs. Though it is nice walking down the corridor in my comfortable clothes while the younger kids are walking round in the fucking awful uniforms.
Go where?

Non uniform schools.

A single floppy disc

I had to think of advantage and disadvantages for various storaage devices in computing and just but 'Nothing' for advanatges and 'Everything' for disadvantages of a floppy disk.

Only if every single desticle is perma'd.
That'd be the day.

Also pretty much everyone who inhabits offtopic now. Even then I probably wouldn't much. All my halo discussion is on Archive, random shit here and I use official forums if necessary for specific game related stuff like Battlefield,

My High School originally had polo shirts and jumpers for my first 2 years, then they charged it to a shirt, tie and blazer.

Was it a proper woollen (Or whatever they are) jumper? Those thigns were 3itchy. I 'lost' mine and never got one again because I hated it. No one ever cared as long as I wasn't wearing my jacket.
Nah. They were cotton jumpers.

Ah. Sounds like my primary school ones then. I preferred a shirt and tie as they looked smarter. I'm still considering starting to wear suits to sixth form. Mayb not a full one, but a proper shirt or someting. Then again, I do chemistry so maybe not the best idea.

I can just ask for the password. And that;s only because it changes every week so they can't just tell everyone it once.

Is that how private schools in England are?
My blood ain't rich enough for a private school.

You don't have to be rich to go to a private school here, hence why I made the assumption

No. Schools in England are all uniform'd until you go to sixth form/ college at 16.

The Flood / Re: Having to wear a suit to school

I had a uniform all in both Primary School and High School.
I didn't mind until they changed the uniform to a shirt, tie and blazer in my third year of HS.

I don't mind wearing suits, mine are all very comfortable, it's just wearing one to school is a strange feeling
I don't mind wearing something formal. It was just horrible having to wear a blazer every day, especially in the Summer.

My High School was retarded, because you had to wear the blazer unless you asked if you could take it off, and a lot of the teachers were assholes.

We never had them at my last school, but they look better than the awful jumpers. But my school never really cared about that as long as you had shirt and tie so I wasn't fussed. My current school actually enforces stuff like that (Luckily, I don't have to wear uniform) and I feel sorry for kids being told off for wearing a jacket because they're cold and shit, or vice versa,

Can't understand when a big deal is made out of it.

Gaming / Re: What games have you been playing lately?
« on: December 10, 2014, 01:36:56 AM »
Battlefield 4, Skyrim and a little Titanfall.

Though I haven't played much recently. I'm spending most of my free time writing.
Never thought I'd find another person also still playing skyrim

Well I'm just running around towns killing guards to level up my destruction magic before making it legendary and levelling up insanely fast using master level destruction spells. I'm level 74 and need to be 78 so I can start having Legendary dragons spawn in so I can get the last achievement. Then I'll have done everything.

The Flood / Re: Just some stuff I've need to get off my chest
« on: December 10, 2014, 01:33:28 AM »

Actually, I'm drawing many self parallels here.
Too many self parallels.

You see, I want to live to a new space age also. This is why I'm pursuing biology to become a Gerontologist, so I can prolong my lifespan. I'm also interested in writing, and in my fantasy universe the magic used is based on real physical concepts as you enjoy in your writing.
As for how I interact with people, well, you've essentially hit the nail on the head. I don't trust or put faith in anyone else ultimately (though our reasons why may differ).
I want to accomplish my scientific goals, but for myself the established way of doing things doesn't really work. I can't bear going through this system that ultimately doesn't value or promote love of learning, and I think I could do a much better job if I had the resources.  This last point is where I'm not sure we're similar.

No, I'd free. The fact that we have a eaten that is more interested in teaching you stupid shit (I was forced to do French GCSE which meant I couldn't do science) than practical skills that you might need.
Bacon did you read my advice at all?

I already write. Over 180 different documents about my science fiction universe. I don't need another creative outlet.
