I play NCR or Indy sheerly because you don't have to blow up the Brotherhood. Call me a dick, but I actually like the classic Brotherhood/ FO3 Outcasts and can never bear to bring myself to kill them.
Besides, surely having the Brotherhood, Boomers and a massive army of Securitrons, plus whatever you find in Big MT and Sierra Madre and the Strip Families on your side would be able to keep order pretty well.
I mean, my FNV headcanon dictates that the Courier, with the Brotherhood's knowledge at their side, is able to unlock the technologies and weaponry of the Divide, BMT and Madre to basically create a post-war superpower able to rival the Legion or NCR. Complete with a whole dozen silos worth of nuclear weapons and invincible holo-soldiers. In doing this, the Vegas nation slowly grows bigger and bigger, in a shaky NATO-esque alliance with NCR and an active war with Legion.
Also, this has to be the most creative outlook on Indie ending I've seen. Could write a story about that.
Well, House does always say that he depends on NCR for a large portion of his money; NCR travellers are spending hundreds of caps in Vegas every year. So I doubt he wants to destroy them. Just doesn't give one as long as they don't try and interfere with his goals. He even says the same about the Legion, as they are Stopping NCR from overrunning NV. So I follow that logic- NCR would be useful allies so why destroy them? Sometimes, though, I do think about having an expansion into the North with unifying the tribes like the 80's, Sorrows, Dead Horses and New Canaan. I always destroy the White Legs in Honest Hearts, so I suppose the tribes would like me. Maybe even join me. Though I'm not overly keen on HH in general so eh In having Nellis AFB/ a B29 Bomber under control, as well as an Enclave Vertibird, I'd even look more into building a small Air Force like the NCR has. Though I guess I'd probably focus on clearing outer Vegas of raiders n'shit before rebuilding much of the city. Maybe even take Vault 3 as well... A vault. I also like to imagine that the Courier starts making an army of their own from volunteers in Vegas that then go to solidify the Indy hold on the newly-taken Fort, Cottonwood, Nelson, Forlorn Hope, McCarran, Golf, Dam and respective Ranger Stations.

A reminder that Obsidian didn't let NCR and Brotherhood of Steel get along because they'd think players would choose that path over all else.
But they can though... at a slight cost to your reputation with the NCR, but it can be done.
You mean siding with House? He's the only one who actually has no option to side with the Brotherhood (apart from I assume the Legion, who are just shit).
Anywho, I've always had a bad feeling about Mr House. He virtually ruled pre-war America what with his technology industry so I'm surprised he didn't join up with the Enclave when it decided to go like Poseidon Energy and other undisclosed parties (...or perhaps he did and distanced himself, I dunno). Now that he survived the Great War, he wants to rule post-war America too, although in the short term he's only concerned with New Vegas and the surrounding area.
That just screams hidden evil at me.
Well, House was only active in the years since the first NCR scouts arrived. I think it's implied he was in some kind of stasis in the intervening 200 years. Because organising the Families, sending out the Securitrons, sealing off the Strip from Outer Vegas and so forth only occurred around te time the NCR got to the Mojave.

Speaking of BoS outcasts, I really think that Fallout 3's main quest should have focused on the Brotherhood civil war instead of the Enclave.
I mean, it could be pretty much as it was up until the bit where you've found Qui-Gon and then shift to the civil war.
Kind of like how the Imperial-stormcloak thing is way more interesting than the dragons in Skyrim.

ive mentioned this like a hundred times but throwing C4 on my teams feet and waiting for an enemy to blow em up.
It was the best in maps with chokepoints, laughed my ass off everytime.
Oh god you've just reminded me of this video where this guy is on Metro on Conquest Large. Runs round the back f the enemy team's cluster point and a couple o C4 charges gains him several dozen kills and thousands of points.

I often wonder how verb joined bnet, considering he hates halo.
i've explained it probably a hundred times
2007
"hey jake, i know you hate bungie, but you should check out bungie.net--the community is great" "okay"
came for the community, stayed for the community
The older ones certainly haven't aged well. But Halo 5 and even Reach/ 4 feel very much suited to the modern day. Though of course, they haven't been given that much time to age yet.
no one likes those games, though?
That's because R/4 are different to te rest. And because, logically, Halo fans play Halo, so tey didn't like them and people who don't buy the games didn't buy them. It's a niche that there's very few people in to fill. Halo 5 seems generally agreed to be pretty good though. I like all three. Personally, aside from CE, I don't really enjoy the gameplay of the original trilogy. Maybe it's just because Halo 3 doesn't really change any of Halo 2's mechanics and I consider halo 2 to have a multiplayer second only to Destiny in the qualifying tables for shit gameplay. Though my interest in Halo is the lore/ story, so maybe I'm biased. 343i is handling the expanded universe with much more care than Bungie (Because Bungie rarely acknowledged it's existence)

I sometimes hid near a Vehicle of interest in Halo games, only to hijack it after an enemy got in, although I never got any angry messages for it.
Hehe >_>
I love using the UCAV on hardcore. It's relatively a one hit kill then so imagining the look of terror on someone's face when they hear one is always funny.
The original REEE machine, back when the cooldown wasn't arse that used to be so funny on Rush. Just every 20 seconds another screaming missile coming straight for the MCOM e.e
I've taken it upon myself to ply hardcore as anti-sniper guy with UCAV.

343industries community forum
Damn site named shittily so that it's like the thing the comes up if you type 343 industries into google. Shortly after I used Waypoint (This was when the site was actually pretty cool. I think this was before CEA came out, actually). Eventually I stopped using both and started using the Bethesda forums in like, 2012. Then started paying attention to my Bungie mobile app and used the forum in about mid-2013 (I'd been on bnet infrequently before) and stayed on there until Sep7.
Oh yeah, and halo archive somewhere about the beginning of 2014.

That bit on Assault on the Control Room where you first get outside into that big firefight with the marines and wraiths and shit then proceed to stomp everything with a tank Scarabs as a general thing in Halo 3 Bungie showing the first seeds of destiny in Halo 2's "boss battles" Prepare to Drop Monsters- AKA the first in-game accurate portrayal if Spartan II's kicking arse That bit where there's the big battle on Rea- sorry, got mixed up with the book for a minute there Didact awakening. That scene when he's first introduced still gives me chills "I regret everything" marking the regression of grunts back into little more than comedy figures for the series

Aside from Halo and the people I play with, I don't really see much reason to XB1. I mean, most of the games I play are multiplatform like Battlefield or Titanfall or single player like Fallout and Elder Scrolls. Truth be told, I prefer using a controller to K&M, so I prefer to play my multiplayer shooters on console.
Otherwise, PC has mods and really good RTS games like Starcraft II.
So yeah, for me, Halo, friends and more comfortable to use are my reasons.

It's still anime. ...no
anime = japanese animation
avatar is not japanese at all it has a style heavily inspired by anime, but that doesn't make it anime
It's still anime.
No
Meh. As far as I care, it's anime and I don't really have an interest in it regardless of who made it. Still looks shit

Japanese cartoons). avatar was created in the west, though

It's still anime. And it was more to differentiate between the one I like and which one i have no interest in.

Wasn't there an Incredibles 2? Something to do with mole people.
No. Moleman was at the end of the first one but apparently got covered in a game or something.
