To everyone that says they don't have the time, let's quickly do the math here, there are 24*7 hours in a week, of which I spend 3 on exercise, so as a percentage that's [3/(24*7)]*100 = 1.78571428571%

1.8% of my total time spent working out effectively without equipment, 98% of my time is spent doing NO EXERCISE AT ALL, and yet I'm quite noticeably fit. Working out is NOT hard, it does not take up any noticeable amount of time, and the only equipment you need is GRAVITY, you simply have no excuses flood.

But I like sleep.

Verb, here's the premise of the DLCs and shit.

Broken Steel - directly follows the main story so you have to complete the main quests first
Mothership Zeta - Aliens
Point Lookout - Spooky scary swamps (easily the hardest dlc tied with broken steel)
Operation Anchorage - Fight in the US army before the nukes fall
The Pitt -Go to Pittsburgh. This is the one you should do first.

Otherwise...

You can actually skip half the MQ if you go to a certain location at the start of the game. Not saying how, but there's nothing stopping you from going directly to where your dad is, or to the person who knows where he is.

Also, there's not many side quests in the game. I believe there's actually an achievement/trophy for every quest in the game so use those as guide for how many you need to do.

There's about 11 towns in the game (not including V101).

Also make sure to explore the vaults. They contain some of the most interesting aspects of Fallout within them

How the hell are you people arguing about this LOL

Exercise is good and important. Bodybuilding is stupid. End of discussion.
LOL

get the fuck out of here. Bodybuilding is essential to get the pussy and/or dick

It's a good thing that's not something I care about then :^)
Boobs are better

Spending time on more meaningful pursuits is even better :^)

I don't think anyone argues against this. Just the concept that weights is like, the only way you can do exercise. I mean, I just do a lot of walking and don't eat crap and I'm neither over or under weight. I'm at a happy medium where I don't change.
I couldn't care less about being healthy as long as I'm not obese or so out of shape that I can't run up some stairs without gasping for breath.

There's really no need to be in the gym everyday pushing your body to its limits if you aren't an athlete. You're wasting time. Put that effort into something that can get you real results that will improve your life.

That's pretty much my stance. As long as I can walk to where I need to go, I don't really care much beyond that.

Because I'm not insecure about how I look. Making yourself better looking is the only "rational" (use that VERY loosely) reason to do it, and I don't care about that.
Then you're happy looking bad, and that's not a good thing.

Why the fuck would we feel insecure about anything if it didn't do us humans any good? Feeling bad about something makes change, and if you don't have the ability to see your faults and the will to better yourself, then stay down.

It's purely a social thing. If you don't care about what other random people think of you, then it doesn't matter. Unless it's morbidly over/underweight and is damaging to your health.

But the argument of looking nice only applies if you're trying to impress random people for some stupid reason.
I lift for myself. I lift so that I can look good naked, and I don't intend to ever get into sexy times.

Well that's weird. I would complain, but I write scifi but don't really intend for it to get published or whatever. So eh.
vidya character. Nobody else will see your vidya char, but you customize it for your own viewing. The NPC aren't gonna notice.

I make them look as ugly as possible for my own amusement. Having the guy who saved the world with a nose down next to his mouth and his eyes next to his ears with red skin and a beehive haircut while being morbidly obese but able to do flips and high-end unarmed combat brings me no end of amusement.

I spent a lot of time in the saints row characrer editors.

Here's a question;

Why should I spend time out of my day to do something boring when none of the reasons you list bother me? I don't care for dating and shit and I can be healthy by not eating crap. So what reason do I have? Persuade me why I should give up time that I could be using to be productive.
No, don't bother lifting if you've actually got shit to do.

I only do it because it wastes time. If you have stuff that's actually worthwhile, then don't bother.

Hmm. I've always got something to do. I'm one of those guys who pretty much can always keep entertained at home without internet or tv.

I liked it, but if it's free then what do you have to lose?

Calling my download speed terrible would be an overstatement. It's a prinaey reason why I don't like digital; I don't want to have to wait a day and a half to play my games.

How bout some Fallout to hype up 4?
Because the game is going to be buggy as fuck upon release, and I won't be able to play it until I upgrade my PC in a few months anyway.

That's more than enough time to play Fallout 3 or Vegas.
I already own both of those though.

Play one of them. I call bullshit if you say you can't do a playthrough style you haven't done before.

Like what?

Reading
Writing
Doing graphics design stuff
Doing game stuff (I do games dev in college)
Catch up on TV shows I'm yet to catch up on
Gaming

Health isn't really a tging because I'm healthy enough and I don't care about muh usthetiks.
I literally do some of that stuff, while other hobbies including having a job and maintaining A's. Come on now.

Well done. I don't want to spend time out of my day doing menial, repetitive tasks for absolutely no reason. Not when I could be doing something somewhat interesting. Like peeling off my nails with a potato peeler.

That's only because the manufacturing industry up and outsourced to third world shitholes like China and India. And even though their economies are growing and all, the standard of living for most people in these countries is easily comparable to many African nations.

Except china id 2nd world

And is it worth spending a day downloading? It was free on xbl last month so I got it on  my account but didn't download. Is it worth downloading to play in the week until H5 releases or should I not really bother (I have no interest in the new one coming out)

They say that you see your life flash before your eyes before something bad happens, but if your life flashing before your eyes becomes part of your life, then shouldn't you see it infinitely before you die? I think we're just living in an infinite loop trying to find a way to escape our deaths...

That's all of the synapses (iirc) in your brain going mental when put at high risk before the brain shuts off completely. So it triggers random memories you didn't even know you had.

No mystical crap, just a biological process ensuring the brain is truly dead.

I'm honestly glad so far I haven't gotten a Fallout 3 feel, except for when they immediately left the vault in the demo. Obviously we still need to see more, but seems the Fallout 3 "omg bombs JUST blew up" stuff is gone. They said they really wanted to strike a nail with some Fallout 1/2 elements, and seeing that CGI thing you guys cropped really felt like it had it.

That and they actually have big cities like in Fallout 2. So idk, we'll see. I'm just glad from everything I've seen SO far, it's not just "wow everything blew up yesterday" feeling. Could be wrong though.

There is The Glowing Sea but that's the area where the nuke hit directly. That's meant to give a more fallout 3 vibe but the rest is certainly more akin to Vegas in tone with Fallout 3 exploration.

Payday seems like one of those games where if you get it later in the game's lifespan, you'll have a terrible experience because you don't know the strategy or have the best gear and no one wants to play with you because of that.

OT- Battlefield 4 is a blast. Though whether it's worth it considering what's being released in rhe next few weeks is something to consider.

5880
Oh yeah, they're doing a stats API for Halo 5 so anyone can make stat trackers and shit. For all the fuckboys who care about that shit.
