I've nearly done all the legendary campaigns on MCC (Done 2,3,4, ODST except final mission and all of Spartan Ops solo legendary + Wars and Reach on 360) and I've really noticed how easy legendary has become. In CE, it's quite a challenge but still possible. Halo 2 ramped it up to unfair levels before Halo 3 brought it back down (I think brutes not recharging shields might be to do with that) and since then it's gotten progressively easier.

I really hope Halo 5 legendary campaign is more difficult to account for having four spartans at all times.

I'm most likely stereotyping but I take it the majority of the people on that site want Halo to be built exactly how they want it and nothing built for the non-competitive population?

Pretty much. They think that Halo 2 is literal perfection and that the 'casuals' shouldn't be allowed to play the game.
What exactly was so great about Halo 2? When MS cut the deadline that resulted in the campaign being scrapped and replaced with that unfinished cliffhanger we have now. Then for the gameplay it's broken, the aim assist is so bad you can be a mile off the person and still hit them and the weapon system went to shit in this game and continued to be shit until 343 took over. I know Halo CE was somewhat of a one gun game due to the pistol but each weapon was still useful unlike Halo 2 which started the series to become even more of a one gun game due to useless weapons and half weapons.

On the campaign side, Halo 2 introduces a lot of key elements to the games (Gravemind, Covenant, Arbiter, Brutes) and has a pretty good character arc for Thel. It's arguably the strongest entry in the original trilogy, and would be if not for the abrupt ending that got turned into a comic instead. It also introduced a lot of cool gameplay elements (boarding, dual wielding etc)

As for the gameplay, muh 4sk bee arr. I still don't understand why a 1 gun game is better than one with variety and some kind of pace.

The song that I have mentally scarred is jingle jangle jingle

FUCK YOU GNR

Oh yeah Verb, GNR (the radio station with cool music) has it's signal very weak and it only covers about half the map until a certain thing happens. The signal gets stronger in the DC ruins, and ends just after Megaton.

In a fast paced game (Shooters, strategy, fighters etc) it is because of how fast you need to be able to react to threats.

For slower games, not so much.

Then there's games like south park which look better at low fps.

Really? That's pretty cool actually.

Is it?
Yeah, you've never been exposed to it. I think this is the first time I've heard of such a thing happening to a person, or rather not happen to a person.

Oh

That's weird

I'd rather wait a month and have it work than have it launch buggy and broken ala Halo 4.

Of course if it did launch broken, those complaining now would complain it should have been delayed.

Boxes/ Cartons of cigarettes, drugs and alcohol sell for high prices so make sure to carry them with you
Are you telling me to become a dealer? lol

Nah. I can't in good conscience profit off of someone's fix.

i'll do that other stuff though

That's a unique take on Fallout, I have to admit.

I very much see you being a Very Good karma character, then. If you won't even sell those, you definitely won't make some of the more fun choices in the game.

Halo 5 will have full RU translation, should I play H5 in Russian?

Depends on how good the voice acting is.

I play metro with russian voice/ enhlish subtitles because of how awful the english voice acting is.

Glukhovsky created the perfect post-apocalyptic world when he wrote Metro. You know why? There's no fucking deserts.

YES

HAving nuclear fiction set in nuclear winter is amazing. Probably helps that it's set in a fairly irregular location (IE not america) than most fiction.

Ot: Metro series

GRRM wrote a lot of sci fi before ASOIAF. And there's a lot of evidence to suggest that the planet it's set on is actually a society recovering from some kind of apocalypse and is actually a planet set in GRRM's previous sci-fi universe. I could find a video explaining it better if you want.

Yeah. They're pretty in-depth.
Yeah, and with how the ASoIaF is set up it's fun to listen to other peoples theories even if you don't agree.

YEah. I'm on AFFC and I'm loving the series thus far.

meh, 3d printers

besides, what the fuck are you gonna do against armored targets and flying death machines with your little ar-15? some fucking defense i bet you can put up against the government

turn in the guns already
The vast majority of U.S. military personnel are from southern states and hold strong conservative political beliefs. They aren't mindless drones, and you can be damn sure they wouldn't turn on U.S. citizens.
idk, seems to me half of conservatives wouldn't oppose mob justice. i'd feel bad for the effect it could have on a couple of communities

beyond that, if citizens will get assistance from the military, what do we have to worry about again, then?

All the military assets that don't require soldiers...
Don't even say drones, bro.

Including, but not limited to
The current drone pilot drop out and ptsd rate says they're not included.

In the event of a civil war (Ha) and military members leaving to support civilians, you'd be damn well sure that the government will find someone to fire them.

Or they'll just develop some automated system.

And we all know how that turns out.

I'm hoping the day before this game comes out MS allows us to install it so that way we can play straight away on lunch day.

It's available to pre load now if you have digital. Otherwise, you have to install it on launch day then do a 9gb multiplayer download on day one. But you can play campaign while it's doing that so it's alright.

You fucking kids and your conspiracies in TV shows.

"Ash was in a coma the whole time."

"All the children in the Rugrats died and are just apart of Angelica's imagination."

"Will Smith died in the fight in West Phili where he was born and raised."

"Hal is just Walt in WitSec."

No, kill yourself.

It's different when the writer has written a big sci fi universe using practically the same ideas before.

Can 343 design good armor for the multiplayer?

FOTUS and Recruit already exist
There are a bunch of variants that look ugly as fuck.
Also, does anyone know how many HTT s2 episodes there will be?

I think one today and one on launch day. Thye said this season would be shorter but individual episodes would be longer, and I think they lead directly into H5's release day.

EDIT just checked the site. Yeah, two left.

What, you mean like Terminator Salvation: The Game?

More like Battlefield or SWBF.

Too fast paced.

I'd like a terminator game to be decently grounded in the lore. The machines don't go down easily. But, I have thought about it before.

You know what would be really nice? A free roam open world Terminator game with RPG elements. I guess a lot like fallout. The thing that always leaves me sort of jaded about the series is how you're never exposed to the post apocalypse world. You only see it in glimpses.

And you end up with all these machines coming from various stages in Skynet's evolution that only makes me want to see the whole thing play out in full.

Actually, a metro sytle one would be cool too.

Terminator has so much to it that could be used to make a difficult, engaging, survival based game. Fucking nobody has ever done it right yet.

I don't know. I think that you could make that work as a class-based game. With canon fodder with less health and the tank class with a ton of health.

I never got the MIRV. I got bored with Fallout 3 before I got most of the later weapons.

Why fire one nuke when you can fire 8?

Because you only need one to kill 99% of everything in the game?

Fawkes can take a MIRV round and walk out of it slightly unscathed.

But your point.

Fiery overkill from what's essentially a shotgun nuke launcher is the best kind of overkill. If there's one enemy you want to say an extra round of "fuck you too buddy," the MIRV is the gun for the job.

But there's lots of reaver ghouls in point lookout!

Contrary to popular belief, Ghouls still take damage from Fat Man nukes.

The nuke itself still produces an explosion that's the primary source of damage, with the lingering radiation being secondary and completely useless on NPCs because they aren't affected by your hostile radiation emitions.

I was more meaning how you get maybe 3 shots out of the MIRV due to it's rare ammunition

Seriously? I had a collection of 200 something nukes saved up. And shopkeepers who supplied more. I'm not joking when I'm saying that one time, I opened up a random box and said, "Oh, another nuke. Neat I guess."

They're still the rarest ammo type in the game (Alien ammo not included). Having 200 mini nukes versus 5,000 5mm rounds isn't a lot. Especially when your gun shoots 8 ammo/shot

TFW I did the operation anchorage ammo glitch.

Lol. I remember now. I had a fuck ton more than 200 nukes. Besides. MIRV and fatman wasn't a common usage weapon. Just one for when the chips were down and you wanted to say fuck you.

Or to aim at your feet and see if your body hits low orbit

Who wants a Terminator game?
