Seeing Lemon place the campaign at least on par with 4 is a good sign for me. I generally agree with him on Halo campaigns, so this is exciting for me. Can't wait to play myself

Halo 5: Locke. His backstory isn't interesting, fans not familiar with Nightfall won't care about him, and the player doesn't personally have a history with him compared to Chief. I could write a better campaign. This is basically his game, because 343i wants to be progressive and all.

the last time I played halo 4 was in like, mid 2013. I stopped when they turned the battle rifle into a power weapon and made literally the entire armoury for loadouts redundant because all the h2 fanboys cried about "muh 4sk". After that title update, I lost all my enjoyment in the game. Plus that was when they pretty much obliterated gametypes wth custom loadouts and ordnance so I didn't really care anymore. Battlefield 4 came out shortly after and I still play it now.
Was getting booty blasted by DMRs and Boltshots really much better?
At least all the weapons were somewhat useful (Aside from the lolsuppressor). I preferred the boltshot pre-TU to what it got reduced to. Getting a kill with that thing now is a cause for celebration, you'd be better off just going round melee'ing people with it.

That question gave me cancer. Wales and England aren't even countries per se, just parts of the United Kingdom. Britain isn't a country either, it's the large island that Scotland, Wales and England comprise. The UK also includes Northern Ireland and the Channel islands, as well as the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight, plus all of the Scottish islands.
Sort of. The UK - or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is all the coutnries on the island of Great Britain plus Northern Ireland. Great Britain is England, Scotland and Wales and GB, Ireland, and all the smaller islands around make up the British Isles. Ireland itself is made of Ireland, an independant and neutral country, and Northern Ireland, the one that had all that trouble a few years back.

I dunno. I just went dmr + assault rifle and sticky grenades in halo. And I don;t play tf2, I find it incredibly overrated.
If you play BTB often in Halo 4, I would say stickies are good, DMR is good too.
I'd switch out the assault rifle for a plasma or bolt shot.

The story needing lore knowledge to understand is the most retarded criticism of the game that I've heard. This is the FIFTH installment of the series, anyone interested in the story at this point would have played all of the previous games and possibly read the expanded universe. It's a given that new players aren't going to understand the story completely.
Yeah. The only reason reviewers are complaining is because they likely aren't long-time fans of the series. They're playing because it's their job. Anyone who actually cares about the story wouldn't be picking the game up on it's fifth entry and if they did, they would either get MCC or pull up a Halopedia page if they need to. Halo 5 has in-game biographies on all the major characters, and making the fifth game not need at leats the previous one is a stupid request. I don't understand why something like Metal Gear is allowed a far more convoluted and confusing plot that requires you to play games before the fifth entry, but it's a big deal if Halo does it.

Didn't you hear? Halo 4 and 5 are confirmed non-canon because they weren't made by their original creators.
You can probably get it on Amazon for like $20. There's like 25 people online worldwide, and you'd probably have to run the game in compatibility mode.

If the only 'bad' thing is needing to have prior knowledge of the series to understand the story, then I'm fine with that. I'll make my own decisions on gameplay, but what I played in the beta was fantastic. Which is even weirder for me, as I usually hate arena multiplayers. Warzone looks a blast and definitely more up my street.
