What's the story like? I bought AW (pre owned) because I liked the idea of the story but it was pretty shit. The campaign gameplay and level design weren't great. Coincidentally, it was my first CoD and I only bought it 'cause it looked like Titanfall.

Like, a game being old doesn't make it's gameplay mechanics exempt from scrutiny. A good game's mechanics should hold up and be enjoyable regardless of how old the game is. As far as I'm concerned, a game being old doesn't make it's mechanics automatically good or exempt from scrutiny. I'd even say the same for indie games, and I get pissed off when people use the indie excuse when an indie game gets bad reviews.
Yeah. When it comes to old games, though, I still think it's important to respect them for molding the industry and setting up the mainstays and conventions that we love to this day. While simultaneously criticizing their more dated aspects.
Like Halo: CE!
Yeah. I love Halo CE and even something more recent like Fallout 3, but that hardly makes them exempt from scrutiny of their mechanics. I'll be the first to admit that Fallout 3's gunplay isn't great,even if it's one of my all-time favourites.

It's about damn time we see those friendly separatist grunts again. When it comes to treatment of the grunts in the Arbiters faction are they equal to the elites like the heretics in Halo 2 or is there still a racism thing going on? I know for the covenant they are treated like shit so do the elites still show some bigotry towards the grunts?
One of the intel logs is recorded by a Sangheili talking about his Unggoy squad leader. Dunno if it's Covenant or Swords, though. But I believe the Swords likely treat all their soldiers in equal roles,but they only employ Sangheili, Unggoy and Mgalekgolo so eh. We know they employ female sangheili into their ranks so I wouldn't be surprised if other species got a same role as their main troops.
