Looking good, i can hear it going off in my head. What program are you using? I was thinking a while back to try and sculpt something to submit for a game in steam.
thanks! Autodesk Maya for the model itself, and imported into Substance Painter for texturing. Think photoshop but for 3D models. Maya is pretty commonly used in industry, a lot of 3D artist roles list maya proficiency as a requirement, but I'm not sure on the status of Painter in industry but I'm pretty sure it's also used.

I still have a lot of texture work I need to do - the grip and action on the shotgun need to be a black/ grey plastic and the ejection port on the shotgun/ charging handle on the gun (it's actually an M1A1 Thompson SMG) need to be a more silver-ey grey. But yeah I'm really happy with how it's going

 This is an M41A Pulse Rifle. 10mm, with a 30mm over-and-under Pump Action Grenade Launcher. This is my uni coursework, but I'm really happy with how it's currently turning out even this early in texturing. Just thought I'd share.

First three missions of Curse of Osiris have been pretty fun. Schlerf is really making his influence felt here, stuff like the Infinite Forest and Panoptes have pretty clear visual similarities to Requiem and the Guardians from Halo.
Also I want Sagira to replace Nolanbot as ghost for all future games.

Why you no Titanfall 2?
I've played Titanfall 2 several times but not in the last week. I even have my own Network and a happy hour and shit. I'm new to the game and it seems to be going well, but I can always do with more advice.
What's your loadout fam
I don't have a specific one but have just been trying stuff out. I've been using the CAR, Spitfire LMG, Kraber and then some SMG's. I usually use Tone as my titan and like the perk that heals you and gives a speedboost.

You're probably using the most effective loadout in the game right now. If you like the Kraber, they updated the game so the Wingman Elite revolver can be equipped as a primary. It performs like a Kraber except only killing on a headshot (2 to the body), but is projectile. The EPG is basically an arena shooter style rocket launcher and it's really fun to use.
Tone's a pretty well rounded Titan if a bit bland. I'm fond of Legion, Scorch and Northstar myself.
I'm just trying out all different stuff. No clue what's meta or not, even though people have told me SMGs are particularly powerful.
Yeah, the SMGs more or less instakill, have laser accuracy and are hitscan so they're pretty op on PC. Console side it's the Assault Rifles because of their Aim Assist.

Looks like you're copying Verb's procrastination too.
I picked a bad time to start honestly, and I kind of regret doing so when I did. I have two deadlines on the same day in about two weeks so finding time to play is pretty difficult in all honesty. I'm also gonna be away over christmas (going to Hong Kong) so it might be a while before I can play properly, which sucks. Hopefully December 13th-17th I can pick it up again though.

Steelbooks almost always look great. The only Steelbook I have that I've been disappointed by is Halo 4's and that's because it doesn't close securely and the disc holder cracks the disc. Although standard 360 cases were notorious for cracking the disc as well.
The Steelbook looks great imo, like it better than the standard art I have the Halo 4 one, I really like the design (visually). I haven't had an issue with the discs either but then again I've barely opened it to get the game out lol On an unrelated note, I picked up the new Wolfenstein for 20 quid on friday and got a free steelbook with it. Looks really nice.

But the T2 system is more or less the same as the first one now. Unlessyou play pleb game modes that don't have NPCs.
I'm not really taking about how TF2 actualy plays. What I mean is that to this day I still see comments like
"Titans should mean more and shouldn't just be dropped when ever and mean nothing."
People like this have missed the entire point of the game and it pisses me off. What's worse is that people with this attitude did almost dictate how Titanfall 2 would have played, if you remember the inital beta, which scares me.
I haven't seen someone say this for months.
