I don't feel that the Fallout games' method of degradation is that bad (I noticed you compared the DS one to Fallout 3 a couple pages back) In Fallout, you find assault rifles and baseball bats faster than you can use them, and can repair them at any time. And merchants are common enough that on the offchance your weapon does break, you can buy a cheap replacement easily. In DS, it sounds a lot more difficult (Rarer merchants, very expensive and can only be done at specific locations) and so different that I don't know if the two can really be comparable. Furthermore, in Fallout 4, there isn't any weapon or armour degradation and it just means that you end up overloaded with pistols and rifles and armour that you would generally keep for repairing your existing gear, but now is just dead weight/ the kind of thing you overlook when looting. [Quoted that because I don't want to have to break apart the great wall of china) Just something I thought about after seeing the repair topic come up again.

I did for a while when exam season was really beginning to kick in when I was doing A levels. They hammer into you so much that if you don't do well then you're pretty much a worthless piece of shit that will never amount to anything, I didn't cope witht he stress well. I just ended up not being able to sleep but feeling exhausted all the time, and really lethargic, like, I just didn't have the motivation to do anything, and I never really talked to my parents about it because they just interpret that kind of stuff as being lazy, so I ended up just having it always on my mind. The thing i ever enjoyed of it was coding, because it was the only thing I was actually decent at.
It's kind of why I'm glad I ended up doing realy shit on them instead of barely scrapign a pass. I ended up signing onto a games development course at college and my outlook on life pretty much turned around very quickly, I'm really enjoying it now. I haven't really had any of these kinds of thoughts since july or august of last year, which is good. If I'd have passed, i'd be in the second year, which is a lot tougher than the first year, and I don't know what I'd be like right now.
I doubt I'd have ever gone through with anything, but I got to a point where I reallly wanted to. Learning about heat death of the universe around them probably didn't help, either, as it's a really depressing topic.

Halo 3 has a shit campaign and Halo Reach is just a bad game, but at least they launched as full games and you didn't have to read the books to understand what's going on in them. When Bungie had Halo you just needed the books to find out what happened in between the games and the lore which makes them up like the Spartan program and why the war started. With 343 on the other hand you need to read the books and comics to understand not only what happened in between the games, but the games as well. I know Bungie had their faults with Halo but 343 shouldn't even made the book mistakes since they know how little Bungie explained in their games. Unlike Halo 5, The Wither 3 on the other hand gives you info about what happened in the other two games.
Yeah but you don't need the books or prior games for halo 5 They made them all irrelevant in the story anyway, so I'm not sure where this complaint's coming from. People who put time and money into EU content are just as pissed as everyone else.
